Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Whether it’s reading a book in one of the relaxing armchairs whilst enjoying the fire in the colder evenings, or enjoying a coffee on the private patio in the sun; the sunsets and stars are incredible. This holiday home faces south on the Dordogne river From Les Magnolias it is less than a 10-minute walk to the central square of the typical bastide town of Lalinde. You will find the bakery, the butcher, a tourist office, a pleasant shopping street and old village center, supermarkets, banks and restaurants and cafes with terraces, bicycle rental at 400 meters and the weekly Thursday morning market.
