Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

we absolutely loved it. it's a fantastic place to go with a bigger group of people. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is amazing. the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gilles is super friendly and very quick to reply the same for the tram that did the check in. Can highly recommend.

La casa superó nuestras expectativas: acogedora, limpia, con una decoración preciosa y todo lo necesario para disfrutar. El entorno es ideal para desconectar y el jardín con barbacoa y piscina fue un plus. El anfitrión muy atento. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Es war eine entspannte Woche in einer wunderschönen Villa mit atemberaubender Aussicht und tollem Pool. Schneller Weg zum flachen, sauberen Strand. Die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich, die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir (2 Familien mit je zwei Kindern) haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La villa di Robert è semplicemente meravigliosa, tranquilla e l'ideale per un weekend di relax. La posizione è fantastica, con una bella vita su Calp ed il Penyal d'Ifach. Alicante, Benidorm e Valencia sono tutte e meno di un'ora e mezza di distanza. L'host si è sempre dimostrato gentile e proattivo, alloggiare presso di lui è stato un piacere e speriamo di poter tornare prestissimo. Grazie ancora

David’s house was the perfect house for us and visiting family. A great place set in a beautiful quiet area. We felt very much at home here. David was the perfect host, very responsive, friendly and helpful!. Thanks very much David!

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

la casa de Mairi es una excelente opción para visitar Jávea. Reune todas las características que debería tener una casa de vacaciones y por tanto ideal para disfrutar de cada momento de la estancia. La casa y la finca son mejores que lo que las fotos muestran...piscina y entorno maravilloso, las vistas, amplio espacio para aparcar en la finca 2-3 coches. la casa con mil detalles de estilo y buen gusto, el aire acondicionado perfecto, los espacios para comer diversos y bien pensádos la amplitud de los dormitorios y cocina... en fin una casa de vacaciones realmente muy buena. What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

We had the most amazing time at David's villa. It was perfect for our hen do. David was so helpful, he always went the extra mile and ensured we had everything we needed from start to finish. The villa was beautiful!! ❤️

Wij bleven met ons gezin van 5 in deze prachtige villa. Het huis heeft een zeer fijne buitenruimte waar je heerlijk kan zitten, ontbijten, dineren en relaxen. De communicatie met avanoa is erg gemakkelijk en fijn! De woonkamer in het huis is ruim met een ruime keuken waar je eigenlijk alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. De slaapkamers zijn wat kleiner. In de ‘master bedroom’ met eigen badkamer is het bed niet heel groot als je er met z’n tweeën wilt slapen. De rest van de slaapkamers in het huis hebben 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Dan heb je nog een aparte ruimte beneden het huis met eigen voordeur. Deze slaapkamer is erg ruim maar slaap je dus wel apart van de rest. Je hebt geen eigen parkeerplek. Je kan de auto parkeren in de straat ernaast, wel een smalle straat. Overall, erg mooie plek waar je verliefd wordt op het uitzicht. We hebben genoten.

Ruim en fraai huis met prachtige uitzichten. Luxe, voorzien van slle gemakken en de lift naar boven is een prima oplossing voor degenen, die slecht ter been zijn.

Great stay with stunning views and an all round excellent property. Comfortably hosted 7 adults and a baby and people were responsive to help with any queries. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent séjour passé avec des amis dans la villa de Pascual. La vue à couper le souffle, les grandes terrasses extérieurs et les espaces intérieurs confortables nous ont permis de nous retrouver et de nous couper complètement de notre vie quotidienne. Cinco estrellas es poco para valorar este alojamiento, lo primero, la puntualidad y amabilidad en el recibimiento, luego, la casa es increíble y las fotos no le hacen justicia, está en una localización inmejorable, estaba muy limpio todo y hemos disfrutado de una semana estupenda. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque tranquilidad, amplitud y limpieza.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa avec sa piscine qui est bien grande. La maison était propre et grande pour une famille avec les enfants, point positif pour la télé qui dispose de netflix et d’autres appli idéal pour les enfants. Beaucoup d’endroits à visiter dans les environs proposé par Agatha, très belle région 🙂. Je recommande l’endroit.

Perfect place and Karen is a wonderful host! She took care of all our requests immediately, with no issues for late check-in. Place itself is very well maintained, spacious and well isolated so you could feel being on your own. With two teenagers we definitely benefited from the big, nicely heated pool and table tennis. We had amazing holidays. Thanks, Karen!

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

Casa Cádiz es una casita acogedora a buen precio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax. Cerca tienes todos los servicios necesarios como supermercados, tiendas y gasolineras. Muy recomendable si buscas un lugar tranquilo para pasar días con la familia.

We had a wonderful week with our three little kids in Steves Villa. The pool is the most beautiful we have seen so far - a very special experience. Both terraces have a great sea view and you will find every equipment you can think of. On top of that, Steve is an amazing host as he was the one who managed that our car which had a broken tire was fixed - we are so thankful for his support.

The house and location are fantastic. Inès was very welcoming. The villa is perfectly equipped, there is everything you could need. We will come back without hesitation!
