Villa vacation rentals in L'Albir

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und ordentlich und man fühlt sich von Beginn an sehr wohl. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Der eigene Pool ist wirklich toll und perfekt für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick Richtung Meer und den ganzen Tag Sonne. Paulo stand uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

We were in town for a wedding with a group of 11 people and Peter’s place was perfect for our occasion. The views were breathtaking and there were plenty of outdoor spaces to sit gather around and have meals together. The three bathrooms were definitely a plus for a group this big. Peter was very helpful, flexible, and quick to respond to any messages. The location is great, too — just a short drive away from the centre of Altea and a short walk to the grocery store or down some stairs to the beach. We really enjoyed the electric scooters, too.

This villa is far more beautiful than the photos suggest. We had complete privacy and the views out to the sea were incredible. Alex was incredibly helpful with our check-in and any questions we had about the area. Could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely be back in the future!

Wat een heerlijke week hebben wij gehad in Villa Leonika in november. Wat een fijn ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt in de rustige en mooie wijk La Sabatera en het is 20-25 minuten lopen naar de haven van Moraira en het strandje Playa l’Ampolla. In dit oude gedeelte van Moraira zijn een paar leuke en gezellige restaurantjes en terrasjes. De grote markt op vrijdag is een aanrader. De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, wij hebben een perfecte week gehad.

Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestras vacaciones en la casa de Alex. Nos sentimos como en casa, y ante cualquier duda, Alex siempre estuvo disponible y fue muy amable. ¡Gracias por todo!

Probably the best airbnb I ever booked - it was perfect end to end 1) the property is stunning, even the great pictures from the listing don’t do it justice 2) super friendly hosts, very helpful from the beginning, providing local recommendations 3) very well equipped: all kitchen / swimming pool ustensiles were available. The host also let coffee, olive oil, pepper, salt and all necessary condiments at our disposal ! 4) the area around the property is also very beautiful and quiet. With great walks starting a few meters away from the property

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la villa. Tuvimos unos días maravillosos, todo perfectamente limpio y pensado para estar cómodos. Fuimos con un perrito pequeño que la pasó estupendamente también. El área de piscina y la cercanía a la playa le dan ese extra que buscábamos en nuestros días de desconexión. Sin lugar a duda regresaremos y la recomendamos ampliamente. What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

A beautiful house, very suited to a large family. Was very peaceful. The pool was amazing a really good size for a family of 11 that we were . Located well for travelling around the local villages. Altea old town and Calpe are particularly beautiful. The only downside was the balcony wall structure it was such so our 18 month old could have got through to a big drop so we used the sun loungers and anything available to barricade this off , it didn’t spoil our holiday at all as we wouldn’t have left him alone by the pool but something to be careful about . The washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. There’s no bins to get rid of your rubbish nearby . This is no fault of the owners just one of those things. You do need a car to get around the marina is a 20 minute walk away and is lovely but bit too far for the children. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away , if you arrive late bear in mind there’s no food or cleaning products in the house as stated in the description .

We hebben een heerlijke familievakantie gehad in het huis. Het is lekker ruim en heel netjes. Qua locatie heb je een mooi uitzicht op Calpe en is de villa rustig gelegen wat erg fijn is. Het contact was altijd vriendelijk en snel en er werd heel fijn meegedacht over de flexibele inchecktijd in verband met onze vroege vluchttijd. Een echte aanrader!

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

We have just had a wonderful family week at Andres Vilal in Calpe. The villa was easy to find and the location was fantastic with amazing views in a lovely peaceful area, with little to no noise. Just an 8 min drive down into Calpe for supermarkets and great restaurants. The villa was really homely and clean and suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults. The seperate self contained flat at the bottom was perfect for my wife and I while our Son, Daughter and Her boyfriend occupied the main villa. The outside eating areas and BBQ were great and made for relaxing evenings. Although be warned the mosquitoes were vicious and we all got bitten. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The Villa was ideally placed for days out including Altea old town, Fonts Del Algar and Valencia, all of which i would reccomend. The only observation I would make is the villa needed some TLC, but fine for us. Andres was really helpful and responsive.

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and easy to find and perfect for 15 of us on a hen do. Communication was brilliant and lots of help with organising other things during our stay.

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

Had a very enjoyable stay in Altea, the villa was spacious, private and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and private, but a short drive to the busy sections of Altea. Easy to walk to the beach if so desired. The mercado close to the villa has all that you need, and a great wine selection. We really enjoyed every aspect of the villa, enough space for 8 of us to have privacy, lots of sitting areas to stretch out, and dinner outside each evening was a treat. Communication from Joanne from start to finish was excellent, I would highly recommend Joanne's place if you're looking for peach and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay in Jur and Ruchamah's stunning home. The place has clearly been renovated fairly recently. Very modern, minimalist and clean but with a homey feel. No expense spared with the decor etc - lovely, quality bedding, pillows, crockery etc. Jur was kind and welcoming and sent some great recommendations. He also provided us with some welcome fruit picked from his garden. Thank you very much

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.

This is a very functional Villa, very homely with lots of space. There’s 3 bedrooms on the top floor, one master on suite and two doubles with a shared bathroom. Ground floor has 2 double rooms with another shared bathroom. The annexed bungalow was perfect for my 80 year old dad. It’s an easy 15 min walk into Albir where you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, about 30 mins to the beach front which is beautiful. We’ve had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re a big family and want a home from home feel.

Having read the other reviews its obvious that the hosts take their reputation seriously. They have clearly listened to other guests and are constantly improving the offering which would be hard to do as the place is amazing! Very spacious and equipped with everything you would need! We will absolutely stay here again...
