Great location, felt right at home. Bonus was the under ground parking.

We and the kids love Alexandre and Sandra's apartment. It is very spacious, with a large balcony, with all the necessary utilities; the apartment is very clean. Communication is excellent, always with quick answers from Ms. Sandra. The location is great, in the center of Albir with the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance to 5-7 minutes in different directions of course. Even though you live in the CENTER, it is a quiet place! (but on 16.08 in the public parking, next to this building there was a spectacular fireworks show at night from 24.00 to 1.00 - at the end there was a bombing! like in war - people were hiding behind walls / walls, still making videos with their hands outstretched - I have never experienced such a bombing during similar fireworks shows - a bit scary, like everyone watching). But the next day on Sunday every (on vacation?) there is a bazaar, - worth visiting. A parking space in a dark, cool garage is very useful, especially during the peak tourist

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

The apartment was great – super clean, modernly furnished and very well equipped, including things useful for the beach. High-quality equipment and furniture, all refined in every detail. The swimming pools on the property are clean, with crystal clear water – a great experience. This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

Flat was in perfect location to restaurants and beach, clean, tidy . Chloe was really accommodating and quick to respond, we had a great week.

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Fantastic modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the terrace, view and pool. There is some construction in the area but it wasn't intrusive whilst we were there. I would recommend a car to get around. We had a problem with the air con but the company were very responsive and helpful, sending someone round straight away to sort it out.

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We enjoyed all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are amazing. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it wasn't right in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we will be happy to come back!!

We spent two months in the apartment. It is spaciously tidy and with a large terrace on the ground floor where there was sun all day. We overlooked the pool and garden, which was great.
