My sister and I had a lovely stay at El Tropicale. We were attending a yoga retreat in Lakewood Ranch so the location was perfect. Very spacious and the pool is great! All communication was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family felt right at home. The house was clean and beautiful. The kids loved the pool and mini golf setup!

It was good. Pool was not warm, but they tried to fix it. Location is good. 20 min to the beach. Hot water in the house has bad smell. No any other issues. Host is very friendly.

Beautiful home, very clean, and very nicely decorated with all the modern amenities. The neighbourhood was great too, close to shopping and restaurants. The host was really welcoming and responsive. Overall super happy with our stay! Thank you!

We enjoyed our two month stay at Viktoriya’s beautiful new home. The house is well maintained - the kitchen has all the amenities allowing you to feel like you’re at home. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed our walks. Viktoriya is a wonderful hostess and is very welcoming and responsive to any questions you might have. Looking forward to our stay in 2026.

I booked this house for 8 guests. We were able to cook multiple meals, grill out, enjoy the fire pit, play card games, and cool off in the pool. Each guest had a decent amount of privacy which was important to us because our group consisted of all young adults. This place accommodated us well and it was a great price. It is a historic home but it is nicely restored. Daniel was great with all communication from the start of the booking process until the check out!

Daniel was awesome to talk with about the house. He was responsive immediately with answers to any questions. This house was so comfortable & welcoming. It fit us perfectly! The layout of the house is very accommodating with the master bedroom & bath on one side of the house & two bedrooms & shared bath on the other. The house is located in a quiet community & the area it's located in is close to restaurants, grocery shopping & golf courses. The screened-in lanai was very nice. The outside patio was beautiful & spacious with nice patio furniture & a grill. The heated pool was awesome! There were floats provided to use too. The check-in instructions were easy & the household check-out instructions were simple & easy to follow. We would definitely rent this house again! We had a great stay at the Funky Flamingo. There were three in our group and it is a good size for three people. The bed and sofa bed are both extremely comfortable and despite the proximity to the airport we did not hear any noise from the planes. Moreover, the appartment is on a quiet cul de sac. Denise and Dean were very friendly and provided lots of useful information for finding the place. I especially appreciated the "Birds of Florida" book. All in all this is a very convenient place to stay and is comfortable and perfect for three people.

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

Lisa’s place was absolutely beautiful!! So clean and spacious. Super easy check in. Amenities provided were beyond expectations. Pool was great. Location was good just a short drive to downtown. Road noise is definitely there - but we were able to crank the fan to have white noise throughout the night and had no issues sleeping. Definitely recommend this place, felt like a home away from home 🌴🏠

Very comfortable accommodations. Overall, great stay. Not as stocked as we would have liked (i.e. no laundry detergent or bath soap), but not deal breakers. Will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our first time staying on the south end of the island, and we found the location to be ideal. The property is conveniently situated just steps from the beach (with a private beach access) and close to many popular restaurants. The quaint ambiance of the property was a welcome addition to our experience. We also appreciated the private deck, which provided a comfortable and secluded space for our stay.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

We loved the condo! My favorite part was the screened in porch with very comfortable seating, view of the ocean, and a table for card games with grandkids. I would like to definitely rent again when we visit that beautiful area in the future.

We just had a perfect five night stay and couldn't recommend this place more. The location was beautiful with a peaceful, private balcony but also close proximity to the pool. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with a three year old and were delighted to find all of the things to make a beach day safe and comfortable already there (chairs, toys, puddle jumpers, etc.). We were so comfortable and relaxed and felt right at home. The condo complex felt clean and safe and everyone we met was super nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and never crowded and we spent a ton of time swimming and relaxing in the hot tub and e joying the beautiful atmosphere and views. We hope to go back soon and absolutely would recommend Summer's place!

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Listing was accurate and was a nice layout with plenty of everything that was needed for a great stay.

The listing was exactly as pictured. Easy to find parking acrossed from listing. It was quiet during our stay and Christian was very quick to respond to messages. We liked the private beach access. We liked the trolley stop that is very close to the listing-if we didn't use the trolley, we walked and enjoyed it very much! Overall this was a excellent location to enjoy all of Siesta Key!

We had an amazing stay here! The location was everything. Being able to walk across the street and have private beach access was so nice. We saw dolphins every night off the dock. We can’t wait to come back.
