Will's place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect - there was so much to do nearby, from the beach, great restaurants and shops. Will was also a fantastic host: responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a spot that's both relaxing and close to all the action!

Tatsiana was an amazing host! This Airbnb was very charming and we felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean! This listing is great for solo travelers and families alike! Lots of thoughtful additions like bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and beach towels!

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

Erinn was an amazing host - she would respond immediately to any text and was always friendly and helpful. The house is as good as it looks if not better! My husband complains about every airbnb I book but he even he had to admit this one was top notch.

This place is perfect. Everything you want in an air bnb and it’s exactly like it looks. My family and I were beyond happy with it. The pool is gorgeous. The location is amazing it’s legit 8 to 10 minutes away from pretty much anything you need or want to do. The house is quiet and the beds are super comfy. I would rent this place every year for a trip. Also the host is awesome! They were there for anything we needed or had questions about and are super nice and friendly people. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The pool was amazing and the host provided plenty of water toys to use! The description of the house perfectly matched the online pictures. The host also provided beach towels which was very useful! Everything was clean and the hosts were super quick to reply and helpful. Would stay again!

Our family loved our stay at Cecille’s home. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. There were stores nearby for anything we needed. Cecille did a great job communicating with us before and during our stay. We loved the location, the floor plan, and the cute decor. We would stay in Cecille’s home again!

We had a lovely stay at the Sunshine House. We walked daily at the nature preserve within the Bobby Jone’s golf course. My husband golfed there nearly every day. Shopping and restaurants were very convenient. The house was as pictured - clean, comfortable, thoughtfully put together. A great base from which to start our adventures and a comfortable home to which to return at the end of each day. Thank you!!

Andrea was responsive & friendly. Location is FANTASTIC! Perfect for us & our dogs. LOVE the fenced in yard making it easy to take them out. Will definately stay with Andrea again if back in the area.

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and very comfortable — perfect for a family vacation. It had everything we needed and more. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was great, and communication with the host was easy and pleasant. This stay was very good. The outdoor space was excellent. The grille worked without having to find a lighter or matches, which its often not what you find. Lots of sitting space. Beds were comfortable. A/C easily kept up with the 90+ degrees outside. Kitchen was very well supplied with utensil’s, pots and pans, and plates. The pools was clean and enjoyed by my family. I loved the outdoor TV! Will absolutely mark this as a favorite.

This was the perfect place for two people. Had everything we needed for a weekend away. The hosts were so nice and it was an easy place to come and go from. Will be back again!
