Vacation rentals with a patio in Lakewood Ranch

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Our stay was seamless! The location of the apartment was in walking distance to all there is to do in Sarasota, and having parking included meant we could explore beyond Sarasota to the other local areas. The apartment was comfortable and everything was clean. When we go back we’d definitely stay here again!

We were so very pleased with our stay. The space was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and Yasmina was a joy to meet and stay with.

The room was perfect. Megan was kind, helpful and responsive. The fenced in yard was great for my dogs. We will be returning and recommending the room to all our friends and family.

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

We couldn’t be more happier on choosing to stay here! We definitely enjoyed our honeymoon stay! It was exactly what we needed! Very cozy and very clean! Nathalie was very flexible and responsive. Having the pool and jacuzzi was a plus! We definitely enjoyed and are very grateful for this once in a lifetime getaway! If we ever in the area, will definitely choose staying here again! This was one of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at. The view from the large screened porch and the little cabana that sits right next to a river. The use of kayaks (a single and tandem) made the trip very memorable. The river feeds into a big lake and can paddle over to a park where they have food, drinks and live music. The beach is a bit of a drive but not terrible. We cooked out on the provided new gas grill. We ran out of gas while cooking late at night and the host went and got a new tank of propane for us. We truly didnt want to leave after 3 nights. Highly recomend for nature lovers. Great spot for fishing too.

Amazing historical home in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was a great option for traveling back and forth from the beach, the island and fun excursions. Excellent choice! Brenda was an outstanding host, couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you Brenda!

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

From the moment I arrived, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, and dish soap. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper, and the laundry area included a washer, dryer, and detergent. Beach gear such as chairs and an umbrella were also provided. As a Doctor of Pharmacy student, I truly appreciated that the university is only about 12 minutes away. I spent many days studying, but also took time to enjoy the warm Florida weather and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I also had the chance to play pickleball and enjoy some fun outdoor moments with my husband. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a gated community, and I felt very safe from the day I arrived. The cleanliness throughout the home was impeccable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the entire experience.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Mike and Ana’s home is beautiful. They provide you with anything you need and the house is very well organized with everything you need. If you’re looking to visit Sarasota or Anna Maria Island; then you’re in the perfect location! Mike and Ana were always helpful and accommodating. They make sure you’re comfortable and respond in record timing. I’d recommend staying here every time!

We had a great time staying at Priya's condo. It looks just like its shown in the pictures. We were down in Lakewood National visting grandparents, and this was the perfect spot for us. A master suite for me & my wife, and two beds in a separate room for the kids. AC+laundry both worked great, and the interior was clean and in good condition. I would stay here again the next time we're in the Bradenton area.

Absolutely amazing apartment! it's in a fantastic location with lots of extras like beach towles and chairs, which we loved as our cases got lost. Very beautiful location with fabulous pools. The local beach is stunning! We will be back we loved it and Joyce was a perfect host.

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Great and comfortable place. Great communicative host. Location is perfect if you want to stay at home like place and enjoy local gorgeous beaches and parks. Back from the beach you have a nice size two pools and hot tops waiting for you. Publix, CVS, Applebee's and and many others are very close - actually walking distance or across the street. The place is very clean and equipped well with all supplies are you needed for the longer stay. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided as well. I had my morning coffee at the enclosed lanai with water view and watching great egret and blue herons in it. Definitely will stay again for another Bradenton/Sarasota trip. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at Summer's place for 4 nights. It was as described in the posting and she was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests. The apartment was clean and located in a beautiful area. The pool was located on the waterfront and had beautiful views. We were at the pool every day. The location is somewhat remote (not very walkable) but we knew that going in. There are a few bars/restaurants/stores within a 4 minute drive so still accessible. While the apartment is on the small side it was more than enough space for my wife, son and I. The area is surrounded by water and the apartment has a great balcony with some water views. Unfortunately there are mangroves directly in front of the balcony so the view is somewhat limited. Obviously there is nothing the owner can do about this. Overall we had a great stay at Summer's place and would recommend to others.
