Recently updated, beautifully landscaped home with private dock, hot tub, built in firepit and large outdoor deck overlooking a quiet cove, comfortably sleeps 16 people. We are 5 min from major shopping and restaurants, and 10 min to the Brawley School St area. This home is beautifully designed and recently renovated with high end finishes and multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Our home is perfect for one or two families that love watersports, relaxation and the great outdoors.

We just got back from staying on Peter’s house boat for my son’s 11th birthday. On the way home he said “Can we just do this again for ALL my birthdays?!?” And of course he would feel that way because he got to “captain” a boat that took us out to swim in the lake, watch a purple sunset on the roof and play his favorite board games listening to the sound of the water. It was absolutely perfect! The house is just as pictured with anything you need (even expresso for the parents;) and the roof can’t be done justice in pictures. Peter was a patient, kind host who was excellent with the kiddos even showing them how to steer the boat etc. Can’t recommend this highly enough you must experience it for yourself!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s place! He was a phenomenal host—extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our visit. The house was just what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful getaway with my family. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. We especially loved being able to bring our boat and spend some time out on the lake—it truly made the trip special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I cannot say enough positive things about this home. It was spacious, clean, and had all of the conveniences. We spent every afternoon sitting out on the beautiful lawn and kayaking around the lake. The home came with all of the conveniences, and it was in a beautiful and super-convenient location. (We could get to restaurants and stores in less than 10 minutes, and our drive into Charlotte was only a half-hour). The property manager was also extremely responsive! E.g., when the outside bulb burned out, it was quickly replaced. We had two worries before arriving, and neither was an issue at all: (a) We were a little worried about staying on the first floor of someone else's home, but we couldn't even tell when the owners were home; and (b) We were a little worried that a first-floor apartment wouldn't be bright and sunny, but we couldn't have been more wrong. The home had huge windows and was bright and spacious. We would absolutely come back.

We always use AirBnB because its easier and safer for our 2 sons with autism. We've stayed at some wonderful properties through the years. This was by far the best and worth every penny. The location on the water is beautiful and well laid out. The house is clean and clutter free and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed using the paddleboards and kayaks. They even provided life jackets in various sizes. The complimentary snacks were great. Everyone enjoyed our mini vacation. Thank you we hope to visit again soon.

We stayed for Easter weekend. When Jeff came by to check on something for us (he's very responsive) he came with an adorable cupcake cake for our girls. It was already a great stay, but that (pun intended) took the cake. My husband stated that we will for sure stay here when we come down h next time

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home! It is clean, beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Tammy was wonderful to communicate with and was so thoughtful with leaving us her homemade cinnamon raisin sourdough bread which was delicious. She also even left a basket of Easter eggs filled with treats as our stay was the week of Easter! Definitely one of the best Air bnb properties we have ever stayed in and hope to return one day!

We came into town from Chicago for a family wedding and we’re so incredibly happy with this property. The property was not only exactly as described but was completely immaculate. They really thought of the little things as well, leaving snacks, waters, and a really sweet note when we arrived. The home was stocked with everything you’d ever need and more. The space was free of clutter, beautifully decorated, and was right across the street from Lake Norman. The house was also close to restaurants, shopping etc.. The mattresses in the bedrooms were super comfortable too which was also a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town! Thank you!
