I enjoyed staying in this peaceful retreat located in the forest. I appreciated the location as it was easy to get to Freeland and central to the rest of the island for the activities I had planned for the weekend. Beckey's guest house was spacious and well-appointed and Beckey was very attentive to her guest's comfort. It was fun to open the bathroom blinds in the morning and to see cattle resting under the trees on the other side of the fence. I did not use the firepit area as I was off visiting relatives each day, but it would be fun to sit around the fire in the evening under the stars. The only thing I was not aware of on arrival was that the primary source of heat is a gas stove/fireplace in the living room, but once it got going the room heated up well. Overall this is a private and very pleasant place to stay in Graham, not far from Mt. Rainier. Highly recommended!

Quiet, comfortable, and accessible.. my only wish, is that I could have stayed longer! Definitely coming back here, you won’t be disappointed. Exactly as advertised!

A great neighborhood stay close to Tacoma. I stayed with my significant other to play golf and enjoy the area and we were pleased with the amenities and hospitality Heather extended us!

Super comfortable, great location. Quiet and peaceful.

The location had a peaceful and quiet neighborhood where we felt safe and at home, with a private and secure parking for our vehicle. The view was stunning and something that was enjoyed from the bed the moment we woke up. the residence had plenty of notes and tips layed out perfectly around the unit, in the evening we enjoyed a romantic setting with the living room fireplace and yard lights strung out which shined a shade of ease from the windows. highly recommend 👌

Highly recommend. I went 2 nights for a solo adventure. Very peaceful, the property in total is amazing, the view mesmerizing. So many different birds to see! Will definitely be back. Town is small and sweet. Kind locals. If it’s your thing, the episcopal church on main road north of town offers to all a beautiful labyrinth set in a wooded area. Very powerful walking meditation.

Great place to stay with our dog. We needed to be in both Port Angeles and Port Townsend, so we wanted a quiet place right in between. Trisha’s did not disappoint! Beautiful view out the living room window. I knew from the description that there was no access to the beach or water, but I thought I’d be able to walk along the bank above the water. It wasn’t a problem (turns out I wouldn’t have done that this time anyway), but if you’re hoping to set out a chair outdoors and watch the water you won’t be doing that here. But you can see the water from the little deck outside the Airbnb. And from the Airbnb itself. Trisha was very responsive. Even though other people clearly lived in the house (the Airbnb is above the garage), it’s still very quiet and private. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house! It was the perfect spot for a spontaneous getaway. The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful, scenic, and close to everything we needed. The house itself was adorable, very clean, and clearly well cared for. You can tell a lot of thought and pride goes into maintaining it. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to coming back!

This is probably our favorite Airbnb in West Seattle. We loved the cozy space and the fact there was a living room type area to hang out in. We also loved watching all the different birds that were about in the morning. Our trip was rather stressful due to the nature of our visit and the Airbnb was such a nice spot to unwind. It was quiet, clean, well stocked and cozy.

Absolutely recommend staying at Peter's place! The location can not be beat. It felt safe and quiet. Beautiful outdoor space and surroundings. Close to parks and dining. The interior was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. 5 stars :)

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay @Alea’s Airbnb! We especially loved the safe neighborhood, beautiful surroundings, and awesome patio. I would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Host was more than helpful and such a sweetheart. Made us feel so welcome, and very responsive. We are already talking about making another trip there. Very private, very peaceful, location is just perfect. Home away from home!

home away from home and great area

Staying with Rick was like staying with a good friend you haven’t seen in a long time. The cabin is super cute and has its own private dog yard. Rick is incredibly accessible and friendly. I only wish we had more time to hang out with him and his cute pup Chompski. They are the consummate hosts! When we come back to Whidbey, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located and comfy spot. Near the gorgeous Arboretum for endless exploration. It was gloriously in bloom when i was there. So many fabulous restaurants a stone throw a way. The icing on the cake though, the hummingbird sitting on her nest in the back yard....she knew this is a good safe spot to build her nest and care for her young.

Modern place in convenient location within walking distance to businesses and public transportation. Covered parking and private patio with water feature were bonuses. Enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay, private, and with great surroundings. Rob is a great host, not only accommodated little early check-in but also didn't require lengthy check-out instructions which was amazing as we were short on time.

The uniqueness of the place becomes evident as you walk through the yard. It's comfortable but not overly manicured. The same can be said of the house. It's a garage converted to a house that still has the garage doors. It was clean, quiet, and surrounded by trees. We loved it—so much so that we will be staying there again next month. Two things of note: 1. If you plug in a couple of hair dryers and blow a circuit breaker, the fuse box is behind the refrigerator. 2. There is a step up to the shower and toilet, which can be surprising if you forget about them when you get up at night. Nothing major, just the quirks of a unique stay.

This was our second stay at David and Byron’s place. We felt immediately at home and appreciated how warm and cozy the space felt after being outside all day at an incredibly wet and cold regatta for our son. We appreciate how nicely appointed and clean the rooms are, how comfortable the beds are, and how private the whole place feels (yet still close enough to easily access restaurants and shopping).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cynthia’s place! A pleasant respite while working cross country from my home, it was comfortable, cozy, and nicely appointed - so much so, I stayed in each night after work and prepared meals instead of going out. Upon my arrival, Eric and Cynthia graciously provided a quick tour of the space, making it easy to settle in. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood (especially important to me when traveling alone), it was only 5 minutes to the interstate making it convenient to get around town. Thank you to my hosts for the BEST stay I’ve ever had while working in the Seattle area!
