HIDDEN GEM!! 💎 This little Airbnb is a home away from home, everything you need right at your fingertips. All the landscaping was done beautifully! I don’t have any complaints as the owner was helpful. Even offering to help set up the A/C portable unit. Please note that the turn to get to the house is abrupt so take the turn slowly into the gravel driveway. Be careful driving as there’s ducks around. I had a great time with my little family, my furry baby Zara loved it too! 10/10, gracias por todo!

Roland & Max are Super Awesome Hosts. The place is very clean & the yard is fantastic. We have a pet & kids. They were extremely accommodating. The firepit was an excellent activity for the kids. We roasted hot dogs, made grilled cheese, & s'mores. Nice view of Lake Stevens & lots of local restaurants, parks, bars, & family activities nearby. Perfect for those who like to cook (plenty of cookware), for those who are on a business trip, and for those who would like a longer stay in the North Seattle Area. Check in was Simple & Easy. All communication was quick. Due to some circumstances, we had to extend our stay a few times. Roland & Max were so kind with allowing us extra days/nights. I would highly recommend them as hosts, & their location. Kudos Gentlemen!

We just had the most relaxing and memorable stay at Rick’s property. The amount of love he’s poured into his place and the ways he intentionally makes you feel cared for as a guest are so special and rare. From the moment we connected to meeting him in person, we’ve never had a more generous and kind host (and I say this as a well-traveled, frequent AirBnB guest). Rick’s place is immaculately clean. He has thought of every detail and even treated us to snacks, wine, and more which were truly above and beyond. From luggage racks to extra blankets to quality pillows to having a fan (my husband needs white noise to sleep), we were so impressed! The views and sunset are absolutely stunning and Rick’s place lets in a ton of natural light, while still respecting your privacy. My review doesn’t do the property or Rick’s hosting justice, but all of this is to say that we had an amazing stay and are already planning our return! I wish we could this 10 stars! The place exceeded our expectations, everything was very cozy, clean and organized. very nice area, quiet and beautiful. I loved having enough coffee to make, and easy by using pods, quality of coffee was awawesome, just one thing, my wife complained about not having cream and splenda for coffee. Having snacks was also great. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, heater was perfect, only thing is having instructions how to adjust temperature on heater, especially for people visiting from areas where heaters are not common. Thanks for the hospitality.
