Close to local breweries and shopping. Is perfect for a family or business team events. Huge dining area with fully functional luxury kitchen. Large covered deck is perfect for dinner or drinks. Viking 6 person hot tub. Parking driveway can handle multiple vehicles! We have AC as well. Custom dog run for the pets.

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

There are 2 separate homes on this 1-acre property that share a yard and swimming pool. Each rental has their own private hot tub. Pets are welcome & the yard is mostly fenced. A portion of every rental is donated to help save the elephants.
