We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Liebe Christina, auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich begegnet sind, sage ich Danke, dass ich in diesem schönen Haus meinen 70. Geburtstag mit der Familie verleben konnte. Es waren wundervolle Tage und das Wetter spielte auch noch mit. So konnten wir das Seegrundstück genießen und den See erobern. Das Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es war ein Vergnügen gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Jeder von uns hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde. Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

We spent a peaceful and heartwarming time in this beautiful cottage by the lake.
The house is charming and thoughtfully arranged, with so much care in every detail. The surrounding nature is pure serenity — birdsong, stillness, and the lake just a short walk away. It’s a perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the moment. A very special thank you to Sarah and Thomas, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They made us feel truly at home, and we’re deeply grateful for their warmth. We would love to return one day. Thank you for this beautiful experience! 🌿

Had a great week-long stay at Annika's place in Wessling. Very clean, functional, nicely decorated, and no problem for three adults. As advertised. S-bahn several minutes' walk away (approx. 30 minutes to Muenchen Hauptbahnhof on the S8). Grocery right around the corner. Bakery down the street. Couple nice restaurants as well. Lovely cafe right across the street on the water. Great imbiss/stube nearby on the water. Overall, great location and place to stay. Again, easy trip into the city, yet very peaceful out in the Bavarian countryside. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended. Oh, and don't forget to make that quick trip (20 minutes) down to Kloster Andechs. Wonderful highlight of the trip, among many...

I've stayed in many Airbnb properties but this one will be added to one of my favorites. Spotless clean, quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Lovely short trail walk to town. The porch was so peaceful with great views of the pristine blue lake complete with a view of swans and bird life. Melinda was a great host and quick to respond with answers to our questions. We look forward to returning.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen und gemütlichen Appartement. Es ist hochwertig ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert, hinzukommt der schöne Blick vom Balkon auf den Tegernsee . See, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. On top noch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und äußerst herzliche Gastgeber. Was will man mehr. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer top Lage. Haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Alles verlief super unkompliziert- sowohl die Anreise im Café Seaside als auch die Abreise. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder :)

Great loft apartment. The people from the small village are very friendly. With countryside walks close by and a large variety of birds this location is amazing. The lake is approx 1km away and loads of waterside choices from ice cream to restaurants. I had a 4 week stay for business purposes, and except for the fact that I was missing my own home, I could have stayed longer. The only negative thing I would add is this. The fridge is in the same living space as the sleeping space and is quite noisy with the stop starting throughout the night. Thank you Stefan and Cornelia for a memorial experience.

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag zu Gast bei Petra und ihrem Mann und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln sofort erfüllt. Das kleine Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war für uns ausreichend, sehr sauber und über den separaten Eingang, Treppe erreichbar. Die Lage ist genial, besser könnte es nicht sein, ein Biergarten am See, was will man mehr. Die Brotzeiten und der leckere Kuchen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben mit unserer Großfamilie ein paar wunderbare Tage in diesen beiden Ferienwohnungen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Stil gelegt wurde. Die Wohnung war sauber, bestens ausgestattet und bot genug Platz für alle. Begeistert waren wir von der ruhigen, idyllischen Lage, wobei viele Ausflugsziele gut mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar sind. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir wurden unheimlich herzlich empfangen!Sabine hat ein wahrhaft schönes Haus direkt am See mit eigenem Steeg zum verweilen und einfachem Zugang in den See! Das Haus erzählt seine eigene Geschichte,historisch und liebevoll restauriert! Alles war wie beschrieben,die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet,herrlich bequeme Betten ,alles tipptopp sauber und ein Ausblick auf den See wie er schöner nicht sein könnte!Seeblick vom Zimmer und Balkon! Die Umgebung läd zum Wandern und Verweilen ein,alles ist fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar!Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!!! Sabine,du und dein Seehäusl- ihr seid einfach wunderbar🫶🏼

Toller Aufenthalt, klein aber fein! Es ist alles vorhanden, super Ausstattung. Für ein Wochenende auch mit einer größeren Gruppe gut geeignet (wenn man kein Problem mit einem Schlaflager hat), insbesondere aufgrund der großen Terrasse und der Außenküche. Rund um die Hütte ist man ganz alleine und muss nicht auf Nachbarn Rücksicht nehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Our stay at Katrins place was great! she was always very kind and responsive, happy to accomodade some pecial needs we had because of the kids. She also proactively organize discounted ski tickets for Hochfügen. The house is exactly as in the pictures, lots of space for even a big group. Location is very good, close to some ski resort and some cute lakes.
