In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernrieder Nature Park and the lake shore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. On the property there is a private parking available. There is a storage space for bicycles.

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. Television is mandatory and for the analog people among you, a library is at your disposal.

This private cosy house in our garden has its own private terrace and everything a little house needs. Only 30 Minutes from Munich centre and 25 to Oktoberfest directly by train. Kids are welcome - extra baby bed no problem (we have 3 kids and love dogs)
