First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Wald und schon ist man an romantischen Badeplätzen m. einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Berge und sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über dem See. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
