awesome stay at this lovely location. bunk house had quite a few gnats/mosquitos but none of us got bit. would definitely recommend and would stay again!

House was as described in listing. As everything you may need. Great communication through the process. The gate and extra car pass wasn’t as smooth as everything else but all and all our family had a great time.

What an amazing, cozy, unique get away. I wish it were a warming time of year so that I can go explore this beautiful property. I will be back this summer, if Valerie will have me again. She was an amazing hostess and was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this quaint, comfortable, adorable home. Thank you ever so much Valerie.

This home worked great for us. It is beautiful and was so easy and comfortable! Host was welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We arrived Friday evening after a long drive from Napa. Bianchi winery was still open with live music playing. Check-in was as easy with the code. The guest house was ready, nice and cool! The pictures don't do it justice. Every room was furnished nice, great beds, nice bathrooms and very clean. I've stayed at alot of Arbnb's and this one is at the top of my list. Perfect size for couples or a family sharing the space. Pet friendly, our dogs absolutely loved the place! We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and enjoying Bianchi's great wine on the front and back yard while listening to the music. Being in the wine industry you pay attention to the details that made it all so great! We also did a tasting and the staff were all friendly and fun. We had one minor problem with the internet during the Olympics, and the response was very quick and easily solved. Thank you to Beau and your team. We look forward to making another trip!

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Amazing views of the lake and sunset from the deck.

We had such a lovely stay! The outdoor space was truly magical—horses, goats, chickens, and four stunning peacocks roaming the property made it feel like a little animal paradise. The kids were in heaven! Inside, the space was comfy and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything felt cozy. The only small downside was the refrigerator could’ve been a bit cleaner—but overall the place was great. It was also super convenient getting into town—just a short drive away. We found an amazing ice cream spot and some fabulous burgers that the kids couldn’t stop talking about. A fun and memorable stay all around!

House was beautiful, tidy and had lots of amenities available such as beach and bath towels, extra pillows and blankets. Comfortable beds and a really big couch. Driveway large enough for 3 cars. Netflix on all the tvs. Only thing to be aware of is that the freezer did not have much room for the blue ice we brought for our ice chests. All other aspects were fantastic.

A very relaxing stay, we would love to stay here again in the future. It was just as described. Thank you for sharing your space with us

This was our second stay at the Peaceful Suite. We found it to be once again perfect for our lodging needs. The room is quiet, spotlessly clean, has a comfortable bed, a lovely modern bathroom, and many other thoughtful amenities for guests. Tracy is the most gracious host. She always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease. We will be back.

This cabin is located in a great location within Oak Shores. Host - John responded to all of our questions promptly. Especially one critical medicine delivery. Optional “slip add on” which we used is great. Plenty of space for our 4 generations. Fyi — for the older folks best to use the garage entrance steps and him the main level bedroom. Great/wonderful deck!!! Next time I’ll sleep a night on it. Inside plenty of space, big enough kitchen, main floor has one bathroom which requires walking through the master bedroom. Not an issue for our family. If you like wildlife, take a boating trip straight across to the gentle sloping shoreline the deck faces. Gets real shallow so watch your depth. Float a bit and enjoy. For skiing/wakeboarding Saturday is a busy day where Friday and Sunday have moments of good water. Weekdays perfect. Stay clear of party cove on Saturday with little ones behind the boat. We will be doing it again. Paul

Thank you for the great stay and flexibility. My only suggestion would be to have a Keurig (sp?) coffee machine. It is easier than making a full pot of coffee for one or two people. But there may be others that prefer the type that is in the unit. The location was great and amazing hosts that were fun to talk to. Thanks!

Patricia’s place is a fantastic place - truly one of a kind. The views are incredible. And the cabin is super beautiful, cozy and has everything you need. Super private and relaxing atmosphere. Would stay here again and again!

The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful Hari’s place is. The views of the surrounding hills and the paradise back yard were especially great. We stayed for a few days with our four kids and puppy all of whom enjoyed running around in the back yard. Hari also allowed us to use the fire pit out back and so we enjoyed roasting s’mores one night. All in all a great stay with a responsive host.

Beautiful home in picturesque coastal neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Whisper Valley Ranch. The cabin and bunkhouse are beautiful and the surroundings are full of things to do - we enjoyed bocce ball and the fire cauldron as well as hiking around the property. Prior to our arrival, the oven had been acting up but our host was quick to proactively communicate this to us and make it right. Everyone had a great time and we would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away.

Very cute bright sunny room with private entrance and a great outdoor deck and garden. Roni is a very attentive host and was quick to reply to all our communications. Also gave some great recommendations of fun things to do in the area. Close to fun restaurants and cafe, Elfin Forest, Sweet Springs & Montana De Oro. Great place to cozy up after a fun day of adventures in this gorgeous area. I’ll be using it regularly on my visits. Thank you for hosting me Roni

We had such an amazing experience in this home. It was not only extremely clean, organized, and decorated beautifully, but it was truly tranquil. Waking up every morning with coffee on the back porch with a family of deer walking by was a wonderful way to start the day. The pictures of the house do not do it justice with how wonderfully kept this home is. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town!

The home was great in terms of accommodating our family reunion. There were 10 of us, representing three generations. The living area, dining area and kitchen were great for getting together. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for all the cooking needed to feed us all, including lots of plates, cups, glasses and utensils, and items needed to prepare and serve all kinds of food. All the needed soaps, cloth and paper towels, garbage bags, etc. were much appreciated. The layout of the home also was great for separation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spaced nicely apart. Bathrooms were fully stocked. In addition, the extra family room was a plus, as well as the large, enclosed backyard for running around. Furthermore, there was lots of parking space and play equipment in the large garage. Security was not a concern.

Steve’s place was exactly as shown in the photos. He greeted us and gave us a tour of his property and tips for utilizing his Airbnb. He is very personable and a man of many talents. He built his house, is a wonderful carpenter who built almost all of the furnishings in his Airbnb, a winemaker who gifted us a bottle of wine and happily whistles away the day. You will love Steve’s place! We surely did!

This home was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. It provided the perfect escape for our couples weekend! Would definitely stay again next time we come to Avila! Parking was a little tricky for the second vehicle but we made it work! Thank you for sharing this wonderful space with us
