This was our fourth year staying at Sandor's place. There are always changes for the better. The grounds are beautiful and the house has plenty of room for up to four people. The pool area with shaded patio is nice for the hot Nicaragua weather. Carlos and Cristhian, caretakers, are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Sandor is always quick to respond to any questions we have. We are already looking forward to a return trip in 2026!

Todo estuvo muy bien! La casa es acogedora, cómoda, estaba limpia y está bastante cerca de la playa. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento.

Casa Tora es una buena opción para un grupo familiar que quiere disfrutar de la belleza natural de playa El Coco. La casa ofrece las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar una buena estancia. Muy recomendable opción.

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

We stayed at Kristy's place for three nights (family of 5 - kids 4, 7, and 9). The pool is a welcome respite from the heat, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The open-ness of the home means that there is a level of dirt/dust that is unavoidable. The beds and bathrooms (linens and towels included) are all clean, though. There was some malodor in the bathroom, but again, likely due to the nature of the amenities in Nicaragua. Kristy mentions this in the listing, and she's not kidding - there are lots of city noises to be heard, even in the night (music, cars/buses) and early morning (dogs, roosters). Kristy was super helpful, as was Dora, the driver! Both were communicative, responsive, and helpful with questions/requests. The location is great - restaurants and shopping areas are all within walking distance. Oh, and the bunny! My kids LOVED the bunny - sweet touch! It was a great stay, overall; we recommend!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Nicaragua, cerca de lugares para conocer y de fácil acceso, una zona muy tranquila y la casa con todas las necesidades básicas, con mi familia pasamos unos días agradables.

Cristina's place was great. Fantastic location close to everything and very peaceful. The apartment complex is new and everything about the place felt like I was using it for the first time. She was very responsive and I would not have any hesitation to staying at her place again. Everything I noticed about San Juan de Sur was great. I felt very safe at all times.

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

The place was just as described! Really close to the city center. Felt safe and the communication with Salvador was great.

This was a great place for us for our first time We liked the proximity to everything We had good internet and power Adele always respond promptly to any questions This is a fun, safe place to be and explore to different places. And the people are friendly

Great location, the apartment is exactly what I thought it would be, clean, nice, stylish, organized. Benjamin is very responsive and friendly! Can’t complain! I come often to SJDS and definitely will be back at this place! I recommend it 1000%

We were really happy with this apartment. It was very well equiped and Roberta though about even the smallest details like the options to hang the wet clothes and all the equipment in the kitchen . Roberta solved every problem we had along the way ( we had just a few) as fast as possible and we always had a fast answer from her. Marisol, the lady that came to clean was so nice and professional. We really liked her. The swimming pool was always clean and ready to use 😁.

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

Excelente ubicación, ideal para visitar otras playas en la zona. El lugar es nuevo, con una piscina muy agradable. Las vistas son muy buenas hacia la bahía y hacia las montañas.

This location is perfect if you want to be close to town and right on the main beach strip of San Juan Del Sur. The decor is fabulous and the suite was well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as a good supply of towels for the bathroom and the beach. Nolan was easy to deal with and kindly accomodated some changes we required.

I recently stayed at Mike’s place within the Iguana property and had a great experience. The location is excellent, situated right next to the entrance gate. Mike was super helpful and always available to assist. Although the description doesn’t specify, the bed is a queen size, which is slightly larger than it appears in the photos (a double bed) a pleasant surprise! The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. Since we had visited before, we were aware of this detail. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise due to the proximity to a brewery and restaurants, but it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ll definitely plan to go back!

Amazing place just for steps away from the beach and the beach club! Our host Silvio and Mario where always super attentive and responsive to all our needs and inquiries. Would highly recommend staying here and will definetly be coming back! We had a blast!
