From the very beginning, Clare and Sacha made us feel so welcome in their space. When we walked in the door, all of us did a collective gasp. The love and attention that went into building the space is so obvious. The huts are beautifully designed, and have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, and we loved swimming and rinsing in the outdoor shower. The location was great to walk to the beach. They recommended us lots of great local transportation and food options. The breakfast that their staff cooked was delicious. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

Casa Tora is a good option for a family group that wants to enjoy the natural beauty of Playa El Coco. The house offers the amenities you need to have a good stay. Highly recommended option.

Very nice place, quiet and in a very nice area close to nature.

Beautiful house, perfect place to spend the week. No AC in the main living area, but screen doors kept things all good. AC units in all bedrooms. Helpful, communicative host. Would definitely recommend.

The second time we stayed at Ivan's house, a very good experience, even though we didn't stay long, due to the activities we had in the city.

It's a nice, comfortable, clean, and cozy place. Very well lit and ventilated. I found the area very quiet, pleasant and safe. The hosts are very respectful and not invasive. Sharon in particular was always available to solve all my questions, he supported me with suggestions whenever I needed it and helped me to facilitate my stay as far as possible. I hope to be back very soon and would definitely book with her again. She is a very warm and kind woman. 100% recommended!!!

Mariella has all the quality of a great host. My group and I had some unexpected inconveniences due to Covid-19 and Mariella was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating to our needs and situation. She was helpful and easy to reach and talk to. As you can see in the pictures the apartment is beautiful and San Juan del sur is a favorite destination for many visiting Nicaragua!

Home away from home. Great spot to work remotely, beautiful sunsets, beach walks, surfing spots 5 min walk down the beach. Unreal spot, wish it was more of a secret, but gotta support the beautiful spot what Corey has created!

Cristina's place was great. Fantastic location close to everything and very peaceful. The apartment complex is new and everything about the place felt like I was using it for the first time. She was very responsive and I would not have any hesitation to staying at her place again. Everything I noticed about San Juan de Sur was great. I felt very safe at all times.

Brian was an incredible host. His place is immaculate and he made sure to help us have the best trip. We will be back!

Julio’s place is as pictured. Relaxing lakefront property where you can hear and see nature at it best, sounds and sights of howler monkey and myriad of local birds. Luis and his family , on siteanager, did oustanding job of making sure our stay was perfect.

Hands down the best host I have evern encountered, so friendly and willing to help with anything and everything we needed. Had a wonderful stay with my family, beautiful place, amazing location and million dollar views. Could not recommend highly enough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KODU apartments , and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless . The check-in process was swift, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring a breathtaking view of the city skyline. We would love to come back soon!

Excellent place, very nice and everything is organized, I recommend it, the beach is very close and the accommodation 10:10 Billie and his wife were super friendly.

We enjoyed staying at Toms place, it’s a full 3 bed/ 2 bath condo with ocean and pool view. The primary suite is very spacious with two closet areas a small safe in the closet. The bathroom shower hot water flow was intermittent but adequate. The WiFi was very fast. The kitchen was nice and clean, we made coffee in the morning which we purchased at the nearby store. It’s located in Rancho Santana which is secluded but beautiful place and the condo is walking distance to the main restaurant and the counter serve cafe where we ate our meals. There are also lots of activities that you can sign up for nearby at the front desk. It’s honestly a great space in a wonderful place!

Excellent location, ideal to visit other beaches in the area. The place is new, with a very nice pool. The views are very good towards the bay and towards the mountains.

Uri was a huge help, great manager. Always got us what we needed then and there. Juan Pablo was great as well, always answered any questions immediately and made our stay super easy. Nice kitchen and everything you need for a long term stay. Walking distance to the beach, both grocery stores and Dog Town. Already planning our next trip back!

This location is perfect if you want to be close to town and right on the main beach strip of San Juan Del Sur. The decor is fabulous and the suite was well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as a good supply of towels for the bathroom and the beach. Nolan was easy to deal with and kindly accomodated some changes we required.
