Me and my partner loved this and stayed for two months whilst working online. The monthly rate is a great deal. It is close to everything you need. Maria comes twice a week to clean which is really nice, and the host was always ready to help with any problems. The electricity bill was not too high either after the credit was taken off. The TV often had problems and I would have preferred some more pillows but apart from that everything was great!

We spent an amazing time at Audrey's and Maxime's place. The location is perfect as we were kite surfing. They were very welcoming and helped us with any questions we may have. The space is clean, with all what we needed. You have a restaurant in front of that serves super qualitative food. I even say that the reality is nicer than the pictures!

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

The apartment was beautiful and had absolutely stunning views. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, which made the whole experience super comfortable and convenient. The space felt cozy and welcoming—just like being at home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in San Juan del Sur. Would love to come back!

Nice accommodation, nice view and excellent for walking near the lake. Roxanne was very attentive with all the information she provided us. I recommend it.

we enjoyed our stay at Nancy's. Nancy, Larry, Chips and Marina we so welcoming to us. We felt at home. the plunge pool was bigger than anticipated and perfect for a dip after the April days heat. was nice and quiet even though our stay was through Santa Semana. We will definitely be back.

Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

Nice cozy place, we loved it, and Jose and his sister were so nice and they gave us best quality coffee in the morning for free, also he was available at anytime . Definitely worth it!!

This is like my second home every time I am in Managua. It’s such a lovely place: quiet, clean, and the best breakfast! The host is super attentive and the staff as well. What can I say at this point, just read my past 25 reviews=). Don’t hesitate, book this AirBnB now.

Since we arrived we felt very comfortable, Maureen and Gilberto were very attentive. The accommodation is nice and clean, as shown in the photos. We loved the area. It has everything you need to have a good time. The beaches we visited are beautiful and close by. Crystal clear waters, good shade and incredible sunsets... We'll definitely be back !!

This place was exactly what we were looking for in an AirBnB. The location was amazing, it was beautiful and peaceful. There’s plenty of things to do around this property if relaxing isn’t something you’re looking to do. It felt like we were in paradise. Cesar is very attentive and quick to respond to any situation. Can’t wait to go back!
