A great spot near Lake Merritt. Just like the title. Much bigger and more spacious than the ad. Great window views from the flat itself.

Kirk's apartment was spotless and comfortable. I felt safe being in a gated apartment community (plus, anyone I met in the common spaces was kind). The apartment was only a 5 minute drive to my client's office, there was food close by, and it's super close to the lake. Thank you for having me!

Lovely stay! Walkable neighborhood, lots of great places to eat nearby. The cabin is cute and had everything I needed. I even forgot my laptop charger, and Amy graciously loaned me one. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect for us, close to our son but also close to the lake. Bed was extremely comfortable, heat worked wonderfully. Very responsive and helpful
