Swimming pool within walking distance. A GREAT place for a family vacation!

Perfect location and pet-friendly (please check pet fee). Lake Junaluska, Waynesville and Maggie Valley are minutes away, and a half-hour to Asheville. Easily accessible all four seasons, the apartment is the entire first floor, with private ground-level entrance. Dedicated parking for two cars, though not large enough for trailers. Not suitable for children under 12. Due to the quiet vibes of the neighborhood, motorcycles are discouraged.

We're a ten-minute walk to the lake and pool, three miles to downtown Waynesville and an easy 30-minute drive to Asheville. And of course, very close to many waterfalls, creeks, rivers and hiking trails.
