Monthly Rentals in Lake Independence

Beautiful place! We had a wonderful time! Very quiet and relaxing but not too far from the city. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever in the city in the future!

My parents stayed at Jessica’s place for two months, and they were extremely comfortable and satisfied. The space is not large, but it is well-equipped with everything they needed. The heating system worked great and warmed up quickly, which was perfect for the winter months. Jessica was an amazing host—very responsible and incredibly responsive, always replying to messages almost instantly. She even kept us informed about snow removal for the driveway, which was really thoughtful. Communication was effortless, and she made everything easy for us. The neighborhood is also super quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay on Christmas Eve with a few of my adult children! We had fun playing horse and board games and were able to make a great dinner in a kitchen that provided more than enough cooking utensils as well as space. It was nice and central for our Christmas Day travels ! Great stay !

The sauna and massage chair were amazing and much needed! Made me really want to get a sauna myself. The hot tub was cloudy and a bit dirty. I didn’t realize this place was a condo, I don’t know if I missed that on the listing or what but the people upstairs were very quiet/barely home. The view was pretty. Fishing off the dock was nice. Thank you!
