Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Hickory

We loved the home. The weather was iffy with the winter storm coming in and we had to leave a day early. But that’s not her fault!!! The cleaning could have been better; especially the tops of furniture. And the water took forever to heat up in the master bath…all in all it was a great place in a great location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Views are beautiful in the snow!

The home was even more amazing than described! It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely beautiful. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions I had, which made the experience even better. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic spot, fantastic host. Highly recommend if you want easy access to everything in Noda, as well as plaza midwood. Family and I are from Asheville and have a business in Noda. This was in an absurdly good location, neighborhood is welcoming, and everything you need is at an arms reach. Thanks Shirley for being an amazing hostess!

Carol's house is very nice and there is a lot of cooking accessories is available on her kitchen. A lot of toys is in the house, we enjoyed a lot. There is one room in this house, its the best place if you want to do office work from there. Its been a nice stay, I will book more if i need to visit that city again....

The house was extremely clean, lots of outdoor space, plenty of nooks inside to spread out. The kitchen was ready to use, and honestly made our trip to Hickory better so smooth, comfortable, and easy!

The house was as described. The host was very nice. The access to the slope is a little steep making it challenging when wearing ski boots.

Shelly went above and beyond to accommodate us! The mountain hideaway is absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a visit to Blowing Rock NC. We plan to go back next year.

We had a lovely time at Luc and Linda’s place. It is walkable to ASU and downtown which is great bc we couldn’t get an Uber. The place itself was well-maintained, had everything that you’d need to stay for a couple of days. I’m also happy that there was a futon sofa so 2 of us got our own beds. The space is well-lit and clean in a safe and quiet neighborhood, so I’d 💯 recommend if you’re visiting Boone.

Rene was such an awesome host! The apartment looked incredible and welcoming for the holiday season. I truly enjoyed the conversations and fellowship we had. I give the airbnb a ten star! Hope to go back there one day!

Carly’s place was absolutely delightful! The space was clean, we had everything we needed (even a washer and dryer!), the decor was just beautiful, and the balcony was the PERFECT place to lay outside and watch the rare Aurora Borealis in the night sky. The location was walking distance to the historical downtown district and we were able to have a very fun and relaxing weekend.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. I had a great stay at this cozy little studio. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed – a comfy bed, a TV, and a small kitchen that came in handy. I especially loved the deck – it was a nice spot to relax. Overall, a great place to unwind and perfect for a short getaway. Would definitely stay again!

Exactly as the listing and comments say it is. Very clean, modern, clutter free and comfortable. Spacious and relaxing. Beds are comfortable and bathroom has ample space. Everything seemed brand new!

Jac was very responsive and sent very clear instructions on where to park, how to get inside the building, and how to check into the apartment. He also gave a great list of recommendations on places to go and where to eat. Place was very clean and the beds were comfy.

Olesya’s space is beautiful and exactly like the picture but better . The bed is super comfortable and also —well you gotta see it . The place is decorated with gorgeous and distinct accents . The neighborhood is walkable and close to the train line . Don’t hesitate , book now !

Great place to stay for a ski trip or a mountain getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place! The condo was beautiful and peaceful and a great setup for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy! There are plenty of activities at the resort and surrounding areas to stay busy and entertained as well. We enjoyed the indoor pool, Tweetsie Railroad, and Downtown Blowing Rock playground and many restaurants! Nicole was a wonderful host and was very helpful and responsive. We definitely plan to return and stay again!

Trey’s place hit all the marks for what I needed - clean, cozy, comfy, and affordable. Bonus points for an amazing loose leaf tea selection, gorgeous mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and close to everything I wanted to do in the area. (Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster were on my list - did them all in a day.) All instructions were clear and easy, and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable weekend away in the NC mountains. Go stay here and support western NC!! I hope to come back again soon :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this pretty condo and the view of Grandfather Mountain is worth the price alone! The condo is easy to find and had everything we needed. Although we only ate breakfast here, the kitchen looked to have anything you would need to cook a nice dinner. The bathrooms were squeaky clean and we were provided with enough toiletries and towels for our visit. The location is perfect for going to Valle Crucis, Boone or Banner Elk or simply relaxing on the porch. Ronnie gave lots of good information and was super easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.
