This by far the best place we have stayed in the last few years. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated. Had everything we needed. Morning came with a symphony of birds and sounds from the cows in the neighboring farm. Nighttime brought a chorus of tree frogs. The beds were comfortable the kitchen stocked and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Close to fishing and hiking. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

This little cabin was in a gorgeous location! Right next to the snow tubing and not far from grandfather mountain! The views from the hot tub were amazing! Brought our two dogs and they loved it! The patio with the hot tub was fenced in so the dogs were able to hang with us while we were relaxing in the hot tub! Definitely would recommend and plan to come back!

Even though it was a short stay for us, I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Simon’s hospitality was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. My husband and I stayed for a month at the house and absolutely loved it. It was peaceful and beautiful with the music of a rushing streamf filling the house everyday when we opened up the French doors. It was refreshing to see that the house actually matched all of the photos and the amenities that were listed. It was great to have a grocery store and a restaurant within 15 minutes of the house. we loved it so much. we're going to come back again next year.

Excellent cabin that feels like it's a million miles away from town, when in reality, it's only about 5 miles from town. The cabin was surprisingly roomy, the bed was comfy, and my 2 dogs loved the porches and the fenced yard! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting in the hot tub. Nature surrounds the home, making it a very peaceful location for a mountain getaway. (But a Lowes grocery store is conveniently within a 5 min drive.) A gorgeous deer casually walked right up to the cabin twice during our stay! Definitely check this place out if you're visiting Boone.

I would recommend Alison to anyone. She was our first host this being our first time using Airbnb. We couldn't ask for anyone better. Not to forget the beautiful house and view. I will never stay in a plain hotel again. I didn't have to worry about me and my families safety at all. Thank you Alison.

My stay at Jennys place was perfect. The apartment is clean and cozy with everything you need. The location was ideal for me visiting family in town, very centrally located. I appreciated the light by the road to help me find the driveway as I came in late every evening. Super helpful! I could hear the host and family above the apartment but it was not excessive and never bothered me. As a solo traveler it was actually comforting to know I wasn’t completely alone and someone was close if I needed something. The apartment is decorated nicely and even has some local artwork. The kitchenette has everything needed for simple meals and coffee. The bed sheets were the cherry on top. The softest I’ve ever experienced, I loved them so much that I intended to look for a tag so I can buy some but forgot! All in all I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely book again next time I visit Lenoir.

I hesitate to tell everyone how stellar this place is! It's magical, perfect in every way. This hidden gem is the perfect getaway. I'd love to keep it to myself and a secret, but it's just too good to not share.

My family and I enjoyed staying here so much. It’s was exactly as described and had the perfect amount of space for our family of 8. It’s so peaceful and quiet around the house and the creek was beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!

We loved the location near downtown blowing rock but also great views of the mountains. Very clean and well kept. Had everything we needed.

This place was just what the Dr. ordered. We visited the area for a long weekend to get in some hiking and visit Johnson City and ETSU. This was by far the best "pet friendly" rental we have ever stayed at. The fenced in dog run was awesome for our two dogs and so convenient to the master suite. The rental itself was so clean you wouldn't have even thought it allowed pets. The 3br/2bth set up was perfect for our family of 4 (inc. 2 teenagers). The best part about this place is the rushing creek/little river right in front of the house. Morning coffee just feels elevated sitting next to the water. There is a great waterfall hike just 10min from the house (Laurel Falls). Make sure you stop by the Appalachian Coffee Cupboard afterwards for a coffee shake. All in all, if either of our kids attends ETSU, this will be our permanent basecamp when visiting.

The property is up the mountain and remote, so this provides a private and peaceful experience. The scenery from the deck was stunning. Highly recommend putting down your tech to soak in all the beautiful that surrounds the property. The drive up and down the mountain is steep, but didn’t mind the journey. I would highly recommend staying at this property. If you’re looking for easy and quick access to stuff - this might not be the place. If you don’t mind a little drive, want to relax from the busy day to day and to enjoy the mountain air - this is definitely your place!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at the Tini House in Concord! The space is definitely tiny but so well distributed, every corner is thoughtfully used. The bed was super comfy, and little details like the rain boots and wood logs for the firepit made the experience extra special. The eco-shower was surprisingly refreshing and added to the charm of the place. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect spot to disconnect. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the shared eco-restroom, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for the peaceful escape!

I had a great month long early spring stay at this mountainside studio condo with beautiful mountain and valley views. The unit was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and was perfect for my very simple needs. There are many on site and nearby (non-ski season) mountain hiking trails and quiet neighborhood road walking routes. I appreciated having access to the heated indoor pool and fitness room in the community clubhouse. Overall, a wonderful spot for anyone looking to enjoy the mountains!

Very comfortable lots of space very relaxing would love to stay again

This is our second stay at Nicole's place. Five-star accommodations - squeaky clean, super comfortable beds, and we appreciate all the extra amenities (coffee, snacks, spices, etc.). The deck is the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening meal. Can't beat the location as you can walk to town, the outlet mall, and the trails at Cone Manor Park.

What a great place! Also the host was very kind and great communication! Very nice place and only 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Wonderful amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna, library, shop, workout room etc etc. Only (potential) issue which is no fault of the owners is that this is a large 10 story condo complex. On busy days, especially around the weekend it can get very busy during check in and check out and you have to park outside of the guard shack and get shuttled back to the condo. Again, we didn’t really have much of a hang up but others did-just something to keep in mind. Fantastic place, and well equipped! Thank you again!
