Come enjoy the newly renovated peaceful and centrally-located property in a quiet neighborhood near the beautiful south shore of Lake Bemidji. It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for your relaxing pleasure. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the full kitchen or enjoy the grill in your own sanctuary. In the evening, you can relax by the bonfire in the back yard or watch a movie by the indoor fireplace.

Book a vacation in beautiful Northwest Minnesota. House is on lovely Lake Alice, 7 miles from Lake Itasca State Park, 35 minutes south of Bemidji. Lake Alice does not have public access and, as a result, sees very little boating traffic - often, you'll be the only one on the water. Hike the miles of public land in the area, bird watch or get into the water. If fishing is your thing, the lake is teeming with Northern Pike and Crappies. Plenty of room for parking your vehicles, boat or 4 wheelers- which is one of our favorite actitives when we are there, as there are endless trails!
