Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

This cottage is optimized, everything is there, even the parking nearby. Everything is perfect for a few days' stay. The view from the terrace of Lake Leman is very nice and for a real 180° view you just have to walk 1 km and it's just fabulous. We will go back without hesitation.

The accommodation was very accessible, clean and with all amenities nearby. We recommend this listing which is in a quiet area, but relatively close to Lake Geneva. The host is very friendly and allows for self check-in.

Our stay was a real enchanted break! Impossible to tire of the view from the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we were lucky enough to use in the middle of sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding... the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises!

This is an indescribably luxurious accommodation for the price. The view from the terrace is just breathtaking! The host gives clear instructions, very friendly. We recommend staying here. I hope we'll come back here again, even if only for the view of the mountains and the lake.

Peaceful, clean and large enough for 4 people. It is close to places to visit. Easy access to shops by car. Christian is a welcoming host and good advice. I would recommend it.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is in a beautiful location right by the lake, so we spent wonderful evenings on the balcony enjoying the sunset. It's very spacious — even bigger than we expected — spotlessly clean, and furnished with love. We’ll definitely come back again!

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Beautiful home with beautiful views. Thierry was very responsive and friendly. We travelled with our two daughters (5 and 8) and this was their favorite place on the whole trip. We cooked every evening and just enjoyed the peace and quiet!

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Very good location, at the foot of Lake LEMAN, you really have everything nearby, the accommodation is excellent. Very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, you just have to park your vehicle and enjoy all the activities of this pretty city. Thanks to Morgan for hosting us and for being available.
