You will appreciate the proximity to Lac des Rousses (100 m) and its facilities (green spaces, beaches, restaurant and nautical base), but also the Risoux forest (hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing). 2 km from the village of Les Rousses and shops. Ideal for families, it features a terrace perfect for sunny breakfasts, a bright living room, a double bed on the mezzanine, a comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a swimming pool. The lake is a 20-minute walk away. You are close to Évian, Thonon, and mountain resorts.

Called "The sound of water", this cozy place is located in a former printing house, close to the city center, on the banks of a river and surrounded by trees. You have more than 150 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture that I create. Ideal for family gatherings or recharging your batteries, you will be disconnected from the world. The rental includes a pool table, a jacuzzi, a large garden, many books, board games, a video projector...

It is a 16 m2 hut with sofa bed (160/200 cm) with shower room and toilet. An outdoor kitchen with sink and Weber gas barbecue available from April to mid-October. Towels and bed linen included. Access to the Jacuzzi is available during your stay. 🌙 Our little paradise loses some of its tranquility after dark, lulled by the festive echoes from Excenevex beach and the campsite, which dance in the air until midnight. Air conditioning is available from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Come and have a pleasant stay in this brand new, quiet cottage with views of the surrounding mountains. It is located in the middle of nature at the foot of Parmelan, between Lake Annecy and the ski slopes. Accommodating four people (1 double bed and 2 single beds), it has a bathroom (bathtub + walk-in shower), 2 toilets, 1 large living room with open kitchen, 1 laundry room, 1 closed garage and 1 outdoor space, 1 garden (with small slide), 1 covered terrace.
