Beautiful 15 m2 room , quality bedding on the 160 cm bed. Beautiful Belle Époque lemon wood dressing table. Sliding door with stained glass window made by an artist. Large 25 m2 living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2-seater sofa bed. Very large balcony and its superb lake view!!

This building, now a private residence, is linked to several highlights of 20th century history. It was at the Hôtel du Parc that the negotiations for the resolution of the Algerian conflict took place and which led, on March 18, 1962, to the signing of the Evian Accords. You can walk freely in the beautiful private park directly overlooking the marina.
