Lake house vacation rentals in Lake Geneva

Fantastic stay for a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well furnished, comfortable, just what you need to feel good for 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night :-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, a stone's throw away and easy for all ages, restaurants and supermarkets nearby… in short… no complaints… only happiness :-)

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

A fantastic retreat right on the lake – with plenty of privacy, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The lovingly renovated house impresses with its original furnishings and its very own charm. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and play. Particularly practical is the location: shopping, public transport and beautiful excursion destinations are easily accessible (also on foot). All around a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

We had a lovely week despite the weather. The place is very relaxing, quiet and beautiful. It is ideally located in view of the activities to do. The cottage is impeccably clean, very modern and functional. The enclosed garden for dogs is welcome and allows them to be taken out very easily. Christelle is very friendly, warm and human, we could have stayed to chat for hours! Thanks!

Very good stay in Valentin's pleasant accommodation, everything is as advertised. comfortable, an invitation to calm and to the view plus the beautiful walks to do. located near Lake Chalain. the Hérisson waterfalls, the Tuf waterfalls, Baumes-les-Messieurs, you also have to visit Arbois, it's cute and a great restaurant, the Finette auberge, we had a great time. and also 900 m from the accommodation the small pizzeria

We had a wonderful long weekend. Peaceful location, very well-equipped chalet. The hot tub and sauna are an incredible perk. Numerous hiking opportunities in the area. The kitchen is very small but fully equipped. The small fridge seems a little tired and it's hard to adjust. Nicolas is very responsive and guided us to start the hot tub. He also responded very quickly when we discovered a water leak in the cellar. Friendly contact. We hope to come back, why not in winter!

Accommodation met our expectations, quiet night in a beautiful environment. The accommodation is beautifully decorated.

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip by public transport. That's possible, the bus runs hourly in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage rather 30 minutes.

Very satisfied with our week. The cottage is very clean, very well appointed (beautiful terrace with unobstructed views of the trees), quiet, and well located for visiting the area. Delphine is very welcoming, available, always attentive and welcomed our dog cockeres 😊

Very nice accommodation, very quiet, ideally located in the village of Rousses, close to the fort of Rousses (15 minute walk). The accommodation offers high-end services; everything is well furnished; kitchen area and top amenities. The rooms are well sized, ideal for up to 6 people. Unobstructed view of Les Rousses and the mountains. Very warm welcome from our host, very available. Everything is perfect.

What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

We loved our stay at Christina and Nicolas' house. The house is quiet, located next to the lake and has mountain views. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. The house is also beautifully decorated. Communication with Christina and Nicolas went very well! We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the listing is perfect for taking full advantage of the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy.
