This is a lovely apartment in the heart of old town in Annecy. The space is well planned; although the apartment is small, it was sufficient for our family (couple with a baby). It’s well equipped, and even a crib and high chair were provided to our baby. Internet speed is great as well. The hosts are responsive and it was very easy and flexible to check in.

We definitely found our home away from home when visiting family in Vevey! The place is in a excellent location right next to the lake, above beautiful restaurants yet far enough back that you have privacy even while sitting on the terrace, and the terrace is where you will love to be on sunny days. Hans is so pleasant to deal with and made checking in very easy and provided us with many tips of places to visit before we even arrived. A must to remember that we forgot to ask for beforehand, make sure to request the Montreaux Riviera travel card that Hans offers in your welcome instructions. We have had this in the past and it is wonderful as it offers free trips on the bus routes and discounts on the boats and entry into many museums and attractions.

We had a great stay! Linens, towels and soap/detergent were provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had a problem with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thorough road leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

We had a pleasant stay at Carine’s place. Beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable floor heating keeping us warm in the winter. Easy driving. Carine is very helpful and responsive. The welcome cake and jam was a sweet surprise. We couldn’t have asked for more. The only thing to note is that the unit is up one level of stairs. So be prepared if you have lots of luggages. I will recommend staying at Carine’s place if you are in the area.

This place is a dream. The view is spectacular but the apartment is also charming, very clean, and so peaceful. We have three small children and we loved the charming city of Yvoire and especially the town bakery. We did day trips to Chamonix, Annecy, and Broc (Switzerland)—it was one of our favorite vacations!

Great stay at this apartment. Free parking close by, easy check-in with responsive and helpful host. Apartment is someone’s home, very clean and well supplied. Grocery, pastry shop, restaurants and beautiful lake walk/bike path all within walking distance. Bus right in front of apartment takes you to Annecy (get off at Hotel De Ville stop in Annecy) -2€ pay on bus. We would absolutely return to this apartment in friendly Sevrier! on bus.

It was lovely to be by the lake and very peaceful. it was also very convenient to be right by the station and the road without having to negotiate the narrow roads that are higher up the slopes. The place was incredibly well stocked and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Christine was always very responsive to my queries.

It is a cozy, bright and spacious apartment in a very likeable quiet village with a wonderful view of Lake Geneva. In the summer, you can dive into the lake in 2 less. The kitchen is full of conveniences, all useful utensils and appliances are provided and basic herbs are also available. The spacious bathroom and bedroom are accessible via a ( quite steep) staircase. In the living room there is a lovely lazy sofa to relax on the loungers:) The apartment is also an ideal base for trips to Switzerland - like Geneva. This was the second time we were here - all in all, so recommended !

Mina was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The view is absolutely stunning and the apartment has everything you need. Groceries and restaurants are a short walk away. It’s a short 20 minute drive to Geneva airport. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Fantastic stay for a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well furnished, comfortable, just what you need to feel good for 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night :-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, a stone's throw away and easy for all ages, restaurants and supermarkets nearby… in short… no complaints… only happiness :-)

The place is gorgeous!! It is surrounded by nature and you have lake Geneva in front of you. It is amazing to wake up and have such a gorgeous sight! Constance has thought of everything - including an elevator for taking heavy stuff (like luggage, shopping) up and down as there are quite a few steps to get to the house. We had a nice time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay by lake Geneva

Very well placed, in a quiet residence. Communication is with Myriam who is very available and friendly. The accommodation is very pleasant if there are two of us, be careful with a (large) dog it lacks a little tidying up but for a few days we can accommodate it! I would recommend Frédéric's place 🙂

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious and has everything you need. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the balcony overlooking the lake every evening. It is also a great base to drive to various amazing places such as glacier 3000 and the Gornergrat railway, some of the most beautifully stunning scenery we’ve ever seen! Highly recommend
