House vacation rentals in Lake City

We loved the house; lots a room for our two families to enjoy! Teens hung out in the pool every evening. Location is perfect between Myrtle Beach and Charleston for day trips into town!

We had a great stay at Shawn's property. Shawn was very responsive with any questions I had and made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean and as advertised. The backyard is awesome! Plenty of room for 8 guest. I would highly recommend this property to a golf trip group. It's centrally located around many great golf courses. Overall, 10 out 10 would stay here again.

Our stay at The Gray Man House was impressive, comfortable, near lots of really cool restaurants, the beach and grocery stores. We felt right at home, very safe and loved how clean and well kept the house and pool were. We also loved having a closed in backyard with the ability to have a fire pit and a heated swimming pool to use during the day or night. There was even a refrigerator in the backyard! Jamie was always very respectful and quickly responded any time I needed assistance! We loved our family visit at this house and location and will return in the near future! The Sherlin family

House was as advertised. Very clean and decor was really tasteful tot he area. Great location and communication was good. The house is on the golf course which was nice. So many golf courses and restaurants in the area. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!

House was very charming and private. I got to meet Helen when I first arrived. She is very polite and professional. Helen was there over seeing a project that future guests will surely enjoy, not to spoil the surprise. I would recommend to book now

It was a great place for our whole family. It checked all the boxes for everyone. Fishing was our #1 box, having the boat dock was wonderful. They didn't have to take the boat in and out of the water everytime they fished. The indoor swimming pool was great for the kids and adults because you didn't have to wait for warm weather. The pool table was fun for all and we could all hang together in the spacious area. The kitchen was large and clean with everything you would need. We all had a great relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend this place! Working with Ingrid was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and was available when we needed her. Would love to check out her other properties. Absolutely beautiful home. It was right by the pool! Not a speck of dust anywhere. We had trouble getting the fire place on but Michael came by with his wife and turned it on for us with no questions asked. They were so kind and friendly! This place was way bigger than what I thought with plenty of room to make yourself at home. We loved every second of our stay. My grandmother is handicapped and struggles to get around some days but the walk in shower was perfect for her. The beds were so comfortable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars we really enjoyed our stay. The price was cheaper than hotels in the area, I would totally recommend it to anyone!

We really loved the beautiful home, with comfortable beds, lovely indoor and outdoor spaces and stunning views from the decks and patio. The beaches were close and the home was convenient to many of the places we visited, included several very good restaurants!

Place was great! Clean, lotsa room, and lotsa extra blankets was a plus. Kitchen was stocked to the max and fenced in backyard for my dog was safe and well lit. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Georgetown.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this location in Florence. The place is very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and very easy to get into. The location was perfect for our needs, close to stores, food, and Francis Marion University. Wempy is a great host and very repsonsive. He answers mail within minutes and is always helpful. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful winter beach stay at Gardenia with our family of 5. It was well stocked with toys and books for young children. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully including high-end linens. The outside staircase makes it difficult to use the downstairs king bedroom if you have young children but we made it work. It is across the street from the beach and creek boat ramp, which was extremely convenient. Lots of attention to small details made it feel like home! Anna was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Responsive host by text and phone. Super helpful with the questions I had about parking. The house was clean and everything we used worked as it should. We will be back next year for sure.

This hidden gem in Hartsville is the place to stay if you are looking for something clean, private, and in a perfect location. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. This will be my go to place next time I am in town!!

Our family absolutely loved this home. I could not have asked for anything better for our stay at Pawley’s Island. The location is perfect, it’s just a short walk right across the street to the beach and the ramp to the marsh is directly across the street in the opposite direction. The house is beautiful and well stocked with games, books, kitchen supplies, etc and everything is labeled! The attention to detail is amazing when it comes to having a table for games or puzzles, a large dining table that seats all of your guests, and multiple living areas. The screened in porches were our favorite feature and you can see everything from the sky deck. If you are a pet owner, this house is perfect. Having a nice clean home that is still dog friendly is sometimes hard to find and this house even has a fenced in back yard that made letting our dog out so convenient. The fact that the house has so many bedrooms and bathrooms makes it easy for everyone to have the privacy of their own room and you never have to wait on a shower. We will definitely be staying again!

We stayed while visiting family in the area with our two boys. The space overall was perfect for our family of 4. It was close to all the places we were visiting and the hosts also provided great recommendations for restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet as well! Only downside would be that the front room did not have black out curtains, otherwise a wonderful stay.

Loved staying here! Awesome place, with so much character. Stayed here with my wife and kids and we had a blast. Fire pit in the backyard with smores was a HIT! Hosts were so helpful and made it an awesome stay!

Very clean and spacious house with more than reasonable stocked items made us feel at home the minute we stepped in. Inside, tasteful furnitures and decoration gave us a cozy feel as if we are staying at my grandmother’s house. Outside, you can spend all day relaxed with the sounds of nature - water, wind, and birds. I tried kayaking for the first time. Water is calm, nothing else is around me except water. What a soothing experience! And the sunset is breathtaking.

This is a great place to stay in Sumter. Spacious rooms. Well stocked.

It was perfect for what we needed it for which was basically a place to stay for a couple of days fishing.

Our home away from home everytime we visit our kids. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Brenda is an amazing host and the house has everything you could ever need to feel at home. Thanks for another amazing stay.
