Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Lago Trasimeno

A few days' stay, it would have been nice to be able to stop more... the location is really nice and very cozy, the outdoor spaces are really very nice and the swimming pool is quite large. Highly recommended

I and 8 other friends stayed in this apartment from December 30, 2022 to January 2, 2023, to finally participate in the Santa Fiora Torchlight. Anna was very nice from the beginning, the apartment was very nice, provided with everything you need. The location is great, to go to Santa Fiora just a few minutes by car and the center of Arcidosso a few minutes walking. Right below the apartment, a very good bar where we had breakfast the morning of departure. Going back to the apartment, I have absolutely nothing to say. Also as far as the heating is concerned, despite being extra at the Airbnb price with the readings at check-in and check-out it was handled very well by us, the house warms up quickly and was really comfortable. I recommend it! :)

Incredible stay, with the most wonderful hosts. The photos are already beautiful, but to experience this stay in person adds a heartfelt layer of Italian bliss. Would definitely recommend to all

We were guests of Renzo for a day, modern structure and cared for in every detail, he also left us an excellent breakfast. Renzo was kind, also giving us great tips on the area, great location near the historic center of Gubbio. Highly recommended ☺️

Nico‘s place sits on a beautiful piece of property atop a hill overlooking Montepulciano. You can walk around the hill and see a 360° view of amazingTuscany. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured but natural, making for a peaceful, quiet retreat. The architecture of this historic setting is gorgeously Tuscan yet super comfortable, attractive, and functional. Nico and his team are wonderfully pleasant, super helpful, and there if you need them. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this opportunity. We will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful quiet apartment in the perfect spot of town as well. The host has thought of everything so the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, nothing was lacking. One of our favorite Airbnb experiences! We hope to return. Grazie mille!!!

The apartment is wonderful and equipped with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Really perfect!

We loved staying in this Apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful views. Excellent for a relaxed holiday, where you can chill out and enjoy Perugia. The kitchen is great, you can cook and eat in every night if you want. The living room is fantastic with a great selection of music and books. Christina was a perfect host.

We loved our stay at Angela’s accomodation! The setting was amazing, the apartment was perfect and Angela was very helpful. The view from the pool over Spoleto was also fantastic.

Anthony is an A+ host with a beautiful space. Just down the street from the train station, it’s a solid jumping off point for your travels. I made the mistake of leaving the window open the first night and the street can be a bit noisy. Slept fine the next night with it closed and the fan on. Can’t say enough about how the apartment is decorated. Anthony really made me feel at home, and I enjoyed getting to chat with him. Nice running/biking trail just off the end of the street. Took the bus to old town Chiusi, too infrequent to take back so walked. Town is sleepy but has your basic needs covered.

Claudio and Adriana were impeccable hosts. Their availability and courtesy made the stay more than pleasant, making us feel at home, A very positive note, it goes to the pool for our exclusive use only. What you see in the photographs and what you find 100%. If you want to recharge your batteries and be in Umbria, it's the center. Thank you again for everything Claudio and Adriana, also for the carbonara and liquor tastings. We will tell you about how the Pici will come out at the crow here in Brescia here in Brescia.

Great stay at Paolo’s cottage. He helped us with restaurants and was very accommodating. Location is very peaceful!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

We were super happy with our stay. The view from the garden+the bedroom are amazing and the host is nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

A beautiful and well-kept stay in every detail, both from an aesthetic point of view and cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and instruments of excellent quality. The location expresses great potential, unfortunately we stayed during the rainy days but the comfort of the property compensated widely without ruining our short vacation. Michele was present and receptive, a great host. I recommend everyone to stay with him.

Chiara and Andrea were wonderful hosts. They were easy to reach and checked in on us periodically. The house was clean and it’s obvious that they really put thought into every detail of the home. They even left snacks and wine for our arrival.
