Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Lago Trasimeno

Loved our 3 day stay in Angela's beautifully decorated and warm ground floor apartment in a grand house. It was a short walk up to the centre of Assisi. Looking out to the olive grove and to the Cathedral was special esp lit up at night. Thank you for having us stay 🙏 Celina and Paul

Brilliant accomodation with a beautiful view and beautiful pool. Ferdinando was very friendly and asked us to join his bbq. The air conditioner was fantastic and the kitchen had a coffee machine and stuff to use to cook. Fantastic place, would love to return one day.

Nice apartment, great location, very well served, convenient parking, not to mention the large supermarket 100 meters away… nothing is missing! We had a great time! Thank you Nicolò!

Nico‘s place sits on a beautiful piece of property atop a hill overlooking Montepulciano. You can walk around the hill and see a 360° view of amazingTuscany. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured but natural, making for a peaceful, quiet retreat. The architecture of this historic setting is gorgeously Tuscan yet super comfortable, attractive, and functional. Nico and his team are wonderfully pleasant, super helpful, and there if you need them. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this opportunity. We will definitely be back.

Great accommodation not right in the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino but well served by car parks even if the private parking has a closing bar and we were not given the pass so impossible access after 8:30 p.m. Clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation. Two things to do, only one roll of toilet paper for three guests and therefore a supply would have been desirable, limited number of sugar packets, some of which were already open. Only one sachet of freeze-dried coffee already open and only two pods available for the coffee machine. We were three guests and only two beds prepared but sheets available in the closet. For the rest, everything was fine. Too bad we didn't find the owner on arrival, the human relationship is always better than finding a box with the key.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable apartment, in one hundred in Bagno Vignoni. The directions provided for arrival, as well as where to park, where to eat and useful information about the stay were very convenient. The apartment is very large, cozy and well cared for. We'll definitely be back:)

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Deborah was the nicest host I’ve ever had. She was prompt and kind and put a lot of effort into making sure our stay was as lovely as possible. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our experience in Monticchiello!

I'm satisfied in every way. However, it would be better if there were bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash) and basic seasonings in the kitchen. I had a good rest.

I would recommend Orvieto to anyone and this little house was an absolute gem, ideally placed and really ideal for a getaway. We definitely wish we had stayed longer☺️

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

Excellent hospitality. Thank you for your availability in meeting us following a personal problem that caused a change in the reservation (which is not a given). The apartment is conveniently located in the center, in a very quiet area. It is equipped with all appliances for cooking and cleaning. The guaranteed parking space is a great advantage. Comfortable indoor environment and matching the photos and description. Very positive experience.

Carlo was very kind despite the very late arrival. The accommodation is very close to the conference center and therefore very convenient for those who have to go there.

There are no better views in Siena as this is possibly the highest flat in the city. Windows on three sides with fantastic scenery out of each. The flat has everything needed for a longer stay. The walk up to the door and the stairs inside could be difficult for some. Good water pressure and fine heat. Come for the views, stay for the life in medieval Tuscany.

Mariella meet us at the house at the agreed upon time, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was more gorgeous than the photos showed. It was a privilege to stay there. You can tell that an artist owns this home by how beautifully she decorated it. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils . There was a well stocked grocery store and pharmacy a short walk away. We tried two excellent restaurants in town and had drinks at the friendly town bar right outside the medieval gate. The town of Montefollonico is close to other hill towns and a lovely thermal hot springs. The town is one of the most beautiful hill towns that we've seen anywhere. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The house is very welcoming, the host sent us a lot of information for things to visit, restaurants and bars. Having bought a few things to eat, I asked if there was a broom to remove the crumbs, it was not in the house, but in 5 minutes I was taken. The house is along a fairly busy street, I was afraid there was noise and instead the fixtures are great and you can't hear anything. The house is really very nice and well-kept Great experience

It's a really nice place to stay at a farmhouse! Great view, refreshing air. The room was huge and the radiators all over the room worked well. Thanks to that, I was able to stay warm, and the bed was also fluffy. The washing machine is 4 euros and you can even use the dryer! Surprisingly, it was equipped with all the laundry and fabric softeners, so it was really convenient to use! There was almost always a staff member at the reception, so it was easy to ask questions. The unfortunate thing is that I didn't get to use the restaurant here because I was traveling around Tuscany while staying here!! It's a shame, so I'll have to come again next time!!!

Very nice location, essential but functional. Great convenience to have the option to use the restaurant (with prior reservation). Suggestions for improvement, more equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, bottle opener were missing, nothing that couldn't be found after reporting), the bed pillows were quite uncomfortable. We'll be happy to come back
