Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lago Trasimeno

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

Debora welcomed us with her dad in this gem of an apartment where nothing is left to chance and everything is taken care of in every detail! Very clean, nothing is missing, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen. Even the big TV in the living room is equipped with Firestick and in the evening we were able to watch a series on Netflix! Super recommended and, if we ever find ourselves in Val d'Orcia again, we will have no doubts about where to stay! ❤️ Thanks, Debora 🥰

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Raffaella and Claudio are incredibly hospitable and immediately made us feel right at home. There place is spotlessly clean, beautiful, comfortable, and has a spectacular view off the balcony to watch the sunset at the end of the day. It’s out in the country, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Raffaella and Claudio gave us great recommendations and served beautiful breakfasts each. My mother, sister and I took the pasta making class and throughly enjoyed it - great pasta and experience! We loved our stay and would love to return!

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. We loved the delicious wine, a filled fruit bowl as well as cheese and sausage to welcome you. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and you can enjoy the tranquility. It is suitable as a starting point for day trips in the area. We will be happy to come back!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! The house is amazing: it has a beautiful panoramic view above a part of historical center of Perugia, two balconies, three levels and three bathrooms. It's located in a historical building, yet is very confortable and clean. It is close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and the historical center of Perugia. We reached the adress very easy using the minimetro of Perugia. Mauro was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We certainly recomand it for any visit in Perugia!

Perfect stay in Assisi! Some how this place exceeded all my expectations. The self check-in was smooth and easy, which allowed us to arriving stress-free. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Assisi with stunning views that made every morning feel magical. Every evening the sunset was perfectly visable from the bedroom window. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything We needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to explore this incredible town. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We stayed here for three nights. The location is great for visiting the historic center of Arezzo on foot and the area is really very quiet. Being the historic center, you have to park outside because of the ZTL (active at certain times and days) but in 5/10 minutes on foot there are parking areas. Great starting point also for visiting the surroundings, Val di Chiana and Val Tiberina.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. We stayed here on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. Excellent breakfast served impeccably and, at our request, in advance of almost an hour than the normal time of the property.
