Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Lago Trasimeno

A few days' stay, it would have been nice to be able to stop more... the location is really nice and very cozy, the outdoor spaces are really very nice and the swimming pool is quite large. Highly recommended

I and 8 other friends stayed in this apartment from December 30, 2022 to January 2, 2023, to finally participate in the Santa Fiora Torchlight. Anna was very nice from the beginning, the apartment was very nice, provided with everything you need. The location is great, to go to Santa Fiora just a few minutes by car and the center of Arcidosso a few minutes walking. Right below the apartment, a very good bar where we had breakfast the morning of departure. Going back to the apartment, I have absolutely nothing to say. Also as far as the heating is concerned, despite being extra at the Airbnb price with the readings at check-in and check-out it was handled very well by us, the house warms up quickly and was really comfortable. I recommend it! :)

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Anna and Marco have been the most gracious hosts, it felt like being with family friends. One cannot overstate how well positioned this beautiful house is and how beautiful the view over Siena and over the surrounding hills is. It was a mere 15 minutes walk to the city centre, though the house felt like a country side agriturismo with its large grounds and olive trees and gates. We had the most interesting guided city tour with Anna's daughter Claudia, a very knowledgeable art historian with close ties to the city. Even the teenagers liked it. Thanks to Anna, we discovered the most wonderful shop and the best pasticcheria. We hope to come back for a palio race! Thank you, Anna, Mario & Claudia

Such a beautiful quiet apartment in the perfect spot of town as well. The host has thought of everything so the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, nothing was lacking. One of our favorite Airbnb experiences! We hope to return. Grazie mille!!!

The apartment is wonderful and equipped with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Really perfect!

We loved staying in this Apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful views. Excellent for a relaxed holiday, where you can chill out and enjoy Perugia. The kitchen is great, you can cook and eat in every night if you want. The living room is fantastic with a great selection of music and books. Christina was a perfect host.

We loved our stay at Angela’s accomodation! The setting was amazing, the apartment was perfect and Angela was very helpful. The view from the pool over Spoleto was also fantastic.

Their availability and courtesy made the stay more than pleasant, making us feel at home, A very positive note, it goes to the pool for our exclusive use only. What you see in the photographs and what you find 100%. If you want to recharge your batteries and be in Umbria, it's the center. Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

We were super happy with our stay. The view from the garden+the bedroom are amazing and the host is nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

We had wonderful week at Monika's and Pino's property. The houses, garden and pool are unbelievably beautiful and superbly maintained, it is truly a green oasis in the middle of the lovely village. Both Pino and Monika were very welcoming and supernice hosts. They showed us around the area and were just lovely to be around. The villages around San Lorenzo di Nuovo were also well worth the visit, displaying some of the remarkable etruskan buildings and heritage. We can highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy every minute of it. Thank you, Monika and Pino, for such a lovely holiday.

A beautiful and well-kept stay in every detail, both from an aesthetic point of view and cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and instruments of excellent quality. The location expresses great potential, unfortunately we stayed during the rainy days but the comfort of the property compensated widely without ruining our short vacation. Michele was present and receptive, a great host. I recommend everyone to stay with him.
