Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Lago Trasimeno

Loved our 3 day stay in Angela's beautifully decorated and warm ground floor apartment in a grand house. It was a short walk up to the centre of Assisi. Looking out to the olive grove and to the Cathedral was special esp lit up at night. Thank you for having us stay 🙏 Celina and Paul

It was very much than expected: the location is unique in San Quirico with a real loggia where we could see the procession of Holy Friday underneath. As well you can enjoy the sunrise and last but not least there were a lot of surprises that Claudia prepared for us, that I will not tell you now because is better you discover by yourself. There is not a place like this in all San Quirico val d’Orcia! Everything was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay here! Giancarlo’s space is clean, well kept, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed walks around the estate and a wonderful wine tasting; while hearing about the property we were staying on. It’s a short drive to Montalcino which has great restraints, cafes, and local shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

Brilliant accomodation with a beautiful view and beautiful pool. Ferdinando was very friendly and asked us to join his bbq. The air conditioner was fantastic and the kitchen had a coffee machine and stuff to use to cook. Fantastic place, would love to return one day.

La casa di Sasso is a wonderful space surrounded by the greenery of a hill overlooking the city of Arezzo, with woods, vineyards and olive trees behind and all around. The house is very large and welcoming, ideal for staying in multiple families, as we did, but divided perfectly also for those who prefer to have their own spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Furnished with the typical taste of the Tuscan countryside, rustic but at the same time functional in all respects. Riccardo is a very nice and helpful host. We had a really pleasant and relaxing stay, we will definitely be back.

Luca has given a lot of thought to the needs of his guests including a handy in-house shop where you can buy drinks, pasta, and small groceries. It was very welcoming to find a fridge full of cooling drinks. There is everything you need, including a patio area with table and chairs. Sadly it rained for most of my visit, but it would be great for sunny weather. The historic part of Chiusi is a short bus ride up the hill, and you can get the bus from outside the station. I recommend going to the Etruscan museum and the tour of the labyrinth, aqueduct, and tower. I didn't get to the lake because of the weather, but I am sure that it would be lovely in the sunshine.

Nice apartment, great location, very well served, convenient parking, not to mention the large supermarket 100 meters away… nothing is missing! We had a great time! Thank you Nicolò!

Very comfortable apartment, in one hundred in Bagno Vignoni. The directions provided for arrival, as well as where to park, where to eat and useful information about the stay were very convenient. The apartment is very large, cozy and well cared for. We'll definitely be back:)

Well-managed, meticulously maintained property. The staff were all very competent, warm and welcoming. I appreciated the “heads up” from Francesco on the long dirt road approach; arriving at dusk would have been anxious. A terrific experience. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

I'm satisfied in every way. However, it would be better if there were bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash) and basic seasonings in the kitchen. I had a good rest.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We had a very nice vacation in this stylish, well-kept house with a large property in the countryside. The house is equipped with everything necessary, everything clean and tidy. We were there with children and a dog and enjoyed the simple life in nature. The passing road was closed during our stay. So we had to take detours on excursions, but it was very quiet and you could hear the stream and the animals. Very relaxing, for us and all those who like something like that. We received a warm welcome on our arrival. Communication was always quick, friendly and concerned with our well-being. 👍 Many thanks to the hosts and all the best for the future.

Excellent hospitality. Thank you for your availability in meeting us following a personal problem that caused a change in the reservation (which is not a given). The apartment is conveniently located in the center, in a very quiet area. It is equipped with all appliances for cooking and cleaning. The guaranteed parking space is a great advantage. Comfortable indoor environment and matching the photos and description. Very positive experience.

Carlo was very kind despite the very late arrival. The accommodation is very close to the conference center and therefore very convenient for those who have to go there.

Mariella meet us at the house at the agreed upon time, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was more gorgeous than the photos showed. It was a privilege to stay there. You can tell that an artist owns this home by how beautifully she decorated it. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils . There was a well stocked grocery store and pharmacy a short walk away. We tried two excellent restaurants in town and had drinks at the friendly town bar right outside the medieval gate. The town of Montefollonico is close to other hill towns and a lovely thermal hot springs. The town is one of the most beautiful hill towns that we've seen anywhere. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We decided to book a last minute trip and Giovanni was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Check in (and out) were very easy and straightforward, the parking space was fabulous! The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you could possibly think of, it was warm, cozy and welcoming and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Giovanni was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. It rained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the games provided in the apartment. The location was great, there was a wonderful little shop around the corner and a bar where we had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the walk to the town centre and the area had everything we needed! We can’t thank you enough Giovanni and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house is very welcoming, the host sent us a lot of information for things to visit, restaurants and bars. Having bought a few things to eat, I asked if there was a broom to remove the crumbs, it was not in the house, but in 5 minutes I was taken. The house is along a fairly busy street, I was afraid there was noise and instead the fixtures are great and you can't hear anything. The house is really very nice and well-kept Great experience

Very nice location, essential but functional. Great convenience to have the option to use the restaurant (with prior reservation). Suggestions for improvement, more equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, bottle opener were missing, nothing that couldn't be found after reporting), the bed pillows were quite uncomfortable. We'll be happy to come back
