Great location super close to the beach, easy check-in, clean and comfortable

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

We had a lovely time at Tyler’s house! It was perfect for 4 of us. Having the driveway for our car was super convenient, and we were able to walk everywhere — it’s so centrally located. Beds were comfy & the bedrooms were so cute. We’ll be back!

Robert’s place was just as shown in pics. We enjoyed our stay there. He is very responsive and friendly.

Amazing location for a couple visiting Charleston. The airbnb was clean and organized. It has also the best quality furniture and kitchenware from all airbnbs I’ve been. Checkin was easy. Bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet at night despite being near a large street (I’m a light sleeper). Bathroom was clean and shower was good. It’s around 12-15 min from downtown Charleston and also a short drive to Angel Oak and Folly beach. Only inconvenient you might find is some traffic in the intersection where the place is, as well as in some junctions going to Charleston. We would certainly stay here again!

Baker’s place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a great location! Would highly recommend staying here if coming to Charleston.

This place was an incredible value for the location and place. Laurie set a new standard for our AirBNB locations--she had thought of all the little things from yummy snacks to fresh towels and linens to easy-to-use lighting systems and fun books on the history of Charleston. The location is AMAZING, a short walk from the Citadel and a short bike or drive from all the notable downtown locations. Ample parking and beautiful surroundings. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable for those who like to exercise.

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

My husband and I came for a few days to see Gladys Knight in concert and spend some time again in Charleston. We loved that Laurence’s place was in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. Place was exactly as listed and Jason was very helpful when I couldn’t figure out how to unlock the lock for the keys. Perfect back yard for my dogs and we loved the neighbor hood. Took evening walks with our 2 dogs. Only thing I would suggest is to have the kitchen sink checked, when you turn the water on it screams at you.

We had a great stay and can’t wait to stay again!

This is a cozy, functional space in a neighborhood with three comfortable bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms - exactly as advertised. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and I recommend this listing.

This is a lovely townhouse with excellent accomodations. Comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, open plan middle floor. The location is right next to the highway for easy access to many locations. Meghan was very communicative and easy to work with. We loved our girls weekend!

Possibly my favorite AirBnb that I've stayed in. I fell in love with the property and how relaxing it was. I will be planning my next trip to Charleston around the availability of this place. I also appreciate how accomodating the host was. I have no complaints, just positivity.

This place was very convenient to downtown Folly Beach and a great view of the sunset. Very clean and the host was very reachable and accommodating.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

Kelly’s apartment exceeded our expectations. This may have been one of the most thoughtfully prepared Airbnb we have stayed at. The living space was clean and beautiful, and Kelly was easy to get in touch with and gave clear instructions. With mepkin abbey and cypress gardens just 15 mins away, I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Great view of the beach, walking distance to all the restaurants. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend. The wood floors do have a sound as you walk on them, but didn’t really bother us.

The condo was beautiful, with spacious outdoor decks overlooking the ocean (2 decks) and golf course (1 deck). Comfy beds, updated furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great location.

We loved staying at Michaela’s place! It was very central to everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive and helpful along with wonderful southern hospitality! Amazing place. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Sunrise sea cabin was great! The kids loved the bunk beds! The unit was close to the pool and beach and walkable to some shops and restaurants! Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable! Great stay for a family of 4!
