Everything I hoped and wished for our stay was like the pictures and details! It was a gorgeous home, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive and so perfect for a big group, the backyard with the pool was so beautiful and like a little oasis! It was the perfect distance to downtown, not too far. Such a good stay, definitely will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and very close to lots of Charleston's favorite things to do. Liz was a great host giving specific directions as well as checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. However, we did not need to request anything additional than what was provided. Check in and check out was an easy process. We will stay here again.

Beautiful clean house in a great neighborhood. Great location, there is a lot to do and see within a short drive. Host was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house.

This house was perfect for our family and our dogs. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more! The park within walking distance was awesome too. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

We had the most incredible time staying at Corrie’s place in Folly Beach for our moms getaway girls trip! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, fun bars and restaurants, and a super cool 24/7 market. The house itself is a dream—spacious, luxurious, and designed with the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor lounge areas to relax and connect. The hot tub and pool were absolutely next level. Corrie was a fantastic host, and everything was seamless from start to finish. If you’re considering booking—stop looking and just do it!!!! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place, extremely responsive and well worth the stay!

I would 100% stay here again! The home was super spacious for 7 of us to be comfortable. Very clean with all updated furniture, amenities, etc. It does look a little sketchy driving in, but it ended up being peaceful and there were zero issues. Neighbors even gave a friendly wave.

We enjoyed everything about your home and would stay again and again. Check in was quick & smooth, the home was fresh and clean, plenty of extras like coffee, sugar, creamers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap & wash cloths and towels. Amazing layout and decor. Very spacious and accommodating and beds were comfortable. Would come back again for short and/or long term stay! Came to town for a High School graduation for the weekend. Home was convenient to major shopping, eateries, airport, Amtrak and the Coliseum. Great for large groups! Loved the 2 master bedrooms - 1 up and 1 down! All the other bedrooms were very spacious and all of them had Smart TVs! Very spacious for a townhouse! Everyone in the group upon entering had the same comment about the spacious bedrooms and the number of beautiful bathrooms! Thanks again John & Team!

Well cared for and thoughtfully arranged. Instructions for all appliances were clear and even the light switches were labelled. Host obviously knows what renters are looking for when they are in town, and we were very comfortable. We were visiting our son during his graduation from NNPTC and the location was great.

Clean and peaceful! Would be perfect for a short stay with a few friends. A bit far from the beach but the distance was still tolerable enough to make the drive. Fast communication from the host and very respectful!

Our stay was great!! This was our first time ever getting an Airbnb and I doubt we’ll go back to hotel stays! We didn’t realize just how close to everything we had planned we would be! The house was the perfect size for our stay to be comfortable. Beds were comfy. The extra throw blankets were a great bonus! Having a washer and dryer was so convenient as we went to both the beach and waterpark and it was nice to wash and dry bathing suits between. The fenced in backyard was a great size! My boyfriend is a smoker so we really appreciated him being able to smoke in the backyard. The only negative was the amount of mosquitoes in the backyard but I know it just recently rained a ton. I just wish we would’ve known to bring bug spray because the kids weren’t able to enjoy the backyard like we had originally planned. Hot water heater worked great as all 5 of us took showers after the beach and no one took a cold shower! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

John & Maria's place was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway! Our kids absolutely loved the pickleball court, hot tub, and movie theater room! The home had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the area & location because it was close to lots of shopping & great restaurants.

Loved our stay. Perfect for pets with fenced backyard. Close to Nexton and downtown Summerville. Many restaurants in the area for you foodies and bakeries in Summerville. Beaches are 45 minutes away. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were also very nice. We walked the dogs every day. Well equipped kitchen for chefs. Bbq grill outside. Very nice deck. Close to the Best tacos El Alteno and cheap too!!!! Walmart , Target a short drive. Food Lion, Harris Teeter a short drive.

We felt right at home. Very clean and spacious home. Extra comfortable bed, sheets, pillows. Best sleep I've had at an airbnb. Lovely property. We would definitely come back to visit!

Great place! It was super pretty and we had a great time. Jason was responsive and helpful and the instruments were so fun to play. The house is in a good location and close to everything in downtown Charleston while also being away from the noise of the city. Such a cozy house and we felt like we were at home staying here. If we ever visit Charleston again we’d love to come back!

The host was very responsive and helpful. Offered plenty of local dining recommendations. The house was stocked with plenty of stuff you need for the stay; trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, ect. Staying here absolutely enhanced our family vacation and we appreciate it.

Great for trip with young children! Our child enjoyed the toys, books, playing outside. You don’t have to worry about sharp corners or children breaking things!
