Modern house and new furniture. Perfect for 4 people even for several days. The parking space in the garage is a great plus. Excellent accessibility by elevator. Bring your own body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent because they are not provided by the host.

Our stay at Sarandos' house was really great! From the beginning of our communication we understood that we are dealing with a professional who respects his property and his clients. Our arrival was easy and gave us a very pleasant surprise as the house was in a very beautiful and quiet part of the city that was close to many activities. In person it's even nicer and cared for in every detail. Spotless, cool, and with privacy. The garden creates a great atmosphere and can be used throughout the day. Sarantos, willing to help us and immediately supplies everything we needed. His kindness and friendliness made us feel very comfortable. We thank him very much and hope to be back soon! It was better than I expected the house,very clean, close to the sea,and with parking for the car. Kìm was very hospitable ,kind, helped us with what we asked her about the area. And of course if I visit the area again, I will book again in the same house to Kim. Thanks for everything.

A very cozy apartment with a spectacular view. Lots of space and walking distance to both tavernas and the beach. Very friendly and service minded host, included a nice dinner when we arrived. If you want to experience Skoutari with your family this is a great place to go!

The place was easy to find. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. The hostess was easily accessible. You can easily walk to the beach. The water from the tap can only be used for washing up and showering. It is salty and should not even be used for cooking!

First thing: Stavroula is a very kind host and with it was very easy and quick to communicate. It gave us a lot and very good information and tips. 10 out of 10. The apartment is very comfortable and impeccable. As seen in the photos. The air conditioner and bathrooms worked perfectly, the same as the internet. Excellent facilities. Only thing to note is that it is not over the beach but three or four blocks from a beautiful port. Stavroula's review doesn't say I'm on the beach, but I think I inferred it from seeing the photos. There are beautiful beaches very close and Stavroula gave us all the details, but at first we were surprised because, perhaps mistakenly, I assumed the location was different. Either way, everything was great.

A lovely apartment in the centre of Gytheio. Well-equipped and in a great location. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

A very quiet space, a lot of hospitality, our very helpful host. We were just missing some kitchen aje, and the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom is a little shabby

Stamos place was perfect. It is quiet, near to city and ocean. Stamo, her brother Thanasis and mother Anna are great! They are the most hospitable people we have ever met. Every day we got small snacks from them. Our daughter was playing with them and the cats and dogs for hours outside. They treated us like their family. We will never forget that. We hope to come back again one day. We highly recommend their place.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

It was perfect! The house is just like the photos and spotless!! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The location was also very convenient , next to the Marina of Kalamata , but also to the center and beach where you go comfortably on foot ! Mrs. Eleni was very helpful, thank you very much ! So we come again Kalamata we will definitely choose the apartment again!

Wonderful vacation house. We rented one villa, friends another. Was 15 min to rock climbing spots and 18 min into the heart of Leonidio. Owner was very helpful and a quick communicator. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, especially rock climbers.

Karine and Sacha were excellent hosts. They were there to welcome us to the apartment and explain everything. The apartment is absolutely beautiful in an idyllic setting. It’s well equipped for a family and a great base for exploring the Peloponnese but a car is essential.

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

We had a wonderful stay in Magnolia apartment at Arokaria! The apartment is great, and provides everything you need when you are on vacation. Very well equipped, modern clean and nice. The terrace has a beautiful view and furniture including sun beds. The host Pietro met us in the village to escort us to Arokoria, and had provided us with mineral water, breakfast ingredients, fruit and beer. before arrival. The location is perfect 50 meters from the beach and 10 minutes to Charakoria by car, the nearest village. I hope I'll come back soon and I highly recommend Arokaria.

The house in location is wonderful - very well kept = super pool and a great view. Highly recommended ...will be back

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

We were very happy with the place and Anna was always available if we needed anything. Unfortunately, there were some small flaws, so the shower shower was broken and there were plenty of ants, but otherwise everything was great.
