Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Charmantes Chalet mitten in der Natur am Flumser Kleinberg (SG) auf 850 M.ü.M. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Skitouren und Geländesport, oder einfach um die Natur zu geniessen: Abseits vom Tourismus, Einsame Wanderwege, Wandern und Skitouren ab Haustüre, Landwirtschaftliche Nachbarschaft, Eier ab Hof, Seilbahn in der Nähe. Zufahrt mit dem Auto bis zum Haus. ÖV möglich, jedoch nicht empfohlen. Autofahrt zum Flumserberg (Skifahren, Langlauf, Schlitteln, Schneeschuhlauf) 20 Minuten.

Landscape Architect's Chalet Soapstone Wood Stove

In 2004 I got the chance to design my own family's week-end house in the village Pigniu. This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Die Casa la Runtga liegt an wunderbarer Lage mit fantastischem Blick auf den Laaxersee, das Dorf und die Berge. Seebad, Hallenbad, Wellness, Kinderskilift, Schlittschuhlaufen und viele Freizeitangebote sind in nächster Umgebung zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch das Skigebiet ist mit dem Shuttlebus oder Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gegend bietet ganz besondere Wander- und Bikerrouten. Der Baumwipfelpfad zählt zu den neusten Attraktionen und startet in nächster Nähe.

Nestled in a region known for its hiking trails, skiing and mountain biking, this chalet offers the ideal base for adventure and relaxation. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with 5 comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, one of which includes a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue.

Dieses baubiologisch-liebvoll renovierte Häuschen bietet dir die optimale Base dazu. Wenn du zeitlich flexibel bist, kannst du gerne günstige Zeiträume bei mir anfragen (die Preise variieren saisonal stark). Mein Häuschen ist aus energetischen Gründen drogenfreie Zone.

Unser Ferienhaus (Chalet Sagentobel) ist zwar schon alt, aber sehr gemütlich! Der rauschende Bach und die unendliche Stille, wenn es schneit, sind wahrlich spezielle Erlebnisse im Chalet. Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen. This beautiful holiday home with its fantastic view is located in an old Walser village in Graubünden at 1000 m above sea level. M. near Ilanz, Flims-Laax and Vals. This lovingly furnished house with garden and terrace has enough space for a large family, couples or friends up to 9 people. The cozy pine living room with the old soapstone stove and the mountain panorama offers ideal relaxation in the quiet mountain world.
