Welcome to the approx. 150-year-old Villa Maissen, a beautiful mansion with well-kept garden and mountain views – perfect for design lovers and nature lovers. The apartment on the second floor invites you to relax or enjoy some athletic recreation. There are four ski resorts nearby: - Brigels and Obersaxen (10 min each) - Disentis/Sedrun (20 min) - Flims/Laax (25 minutes) The Grisons Oberland offers numerous outdoor activities as well as the thermal baths in Vals for wellness lovers.

Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 min. from Ilanz) in the Grisons mountains. In summer hikes around the mountains, swimming in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Lake Crestasee) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain biking lovers are also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area are waiting for you and also a cross-country trail is right in the village.

The cozy apartment with balcony and two bedrooms is located in the best location in Casa Postigliun in the center of the monastery village. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

Enjoy time in the small Romanesque village of Flond. Cozy non-smoking apartment in an old sugar baker's house (for considerate tenants), hosted by Judith and Peter. On the 1st floor for 2 people (max 3, recommended only in summer), small kitchenette, with double room, single bed, original shower/toilet, welan, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, patio in summer, 1x free parking space in front of the house, no pets possible
