Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

The chalet is ideal for two people and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, sleeping area, shower/toilet and two balconies with magnificent views. Garden seating area with deck chair and fire pit, as well as fresh Grisons mountain spring water straight from the tap. With its nature, mountains and many places of power, Val Lumnezia invites you to recharge your batteries. Current information: A single-family home is currently being built on the neighboring property. As a result, there may be construction noise at times.

Cozy and very well furnished 3.5-room chalet in Obersaxen-Mundaun (GR). Beautiful views. Just 10 minutes' walk from the valley station Valata (winter) and 150 m from the bus station. Separate kitchen with corner bench, cozy living room with fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms, covered outdoor seating, garden, garage, car parking space. Little traffic. Wi-Fi. Wonderful skiing, hiking and biking area with 120 km of slopes up to 2300 m, cross-country trails (300 m from the house), swimming lake (free), playgrounds, tennis.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Escape to our charming historic chalet in Cavardiras, built in 1862 and lovingly preserved for unforgettable getaways. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and an additional private ensuite accessible from outside, there’s plenty of space for family and friends. Warm up around the Speckstein oven inside or enjoy evenings by the outdoor fireplace under the stars. The large, open yard offers endless room to relax, play, and soak in the Alpine serenity. My place is close to skiing & cross-country skiing, sledging, Spa & Sauna, restaurants, swimming pool, public transport, family-friendly activities, mountain biking, hiking, rhine river. You’ll love my place because of the cosy chalet ambiance, the sunny terrace with a great mountain view and accessibility by public transport. The upper flat (bedrooms 1 and 2) connects to the downstairs studio (bedroom 3) via an exterior staircase. My place is good for couples, families and small groups.

In winter, it’s great for skiing & snowboarding in Laax. A well-behaved, house-trained dog is also welcome.

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

Spend your vacation in a venerable, historic house in the most beautiful nature? If your answer is YES, then you should read on. The house is located in the beautiful hamlet of Darvella. The train station, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The following bike routes pass directly by the house: Rheinradweg 2, Alpinbike 1 and Graubündenbike 90. Numerous hiking routes, Jakobsweg can be started directly from the house. Winter: In the midst of well-known ski resorts.

Casa la Runtga is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of Lake Laax, the village and the mountains. The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.

This biologically lovingly renovated cottage offers you the optimal base for this. If you are flexible in terms of time, you are welcome to request cheap periods from me (prices vary greatly seasonally). My cottage is a drug-free zone for energetic reasons.
