Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The chalet is located at 750 m above sea level. M. above Schwyz, right under the beautiful local mountain Mythen. It is a more than 200-year-old Heimatschutzhaus in its original condition with a lot of charm and Swiss history. Elevated above the valley, you have magnificent views of the mountain and valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place exudes peace and positive energy. Since there are no neighbors, you will enjoy privacy and absolute seclusion. Perfect for switching off and recharging.

5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

Renovated old farmhouse, on the edge of the forest 300 meters from the village in an isolated position, for lovers of the mountains and tranquility. Upstairs living room with sleeping area, downstairs kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable equipped garden. Extra cost of 15 euros per day for heating in cold seasons (I know it seems expensive, but it is due to the recent increases in the price of energy: the heating is oil-fired and is very efficient, with 5 radiators). Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.
