Idyllic house in park-like, large garden

The house (Rustico) is located outside Cavigliano in a large, park-like Mediterranean garden with numerous seating areas on a quiet sunny south slope directly above the Melezza & Isorno rivers; 5-10 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for nature lovers & romantics. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking, climbing and swimming. Attention: Due to the hillside location and steep stairs, we only rent the house to families with children aged 8 and over. Not suitable for disabled people.

The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

You will stay in a vintage sailboat (1981) with internal okumè wood finishes and teak wood on deck. The boat has a living area (dinette) and a sleeping area with a "emergency" washbasin and WC. The shower with hot water and the toilet are available in the harbor master's office. The mooring is located in an exclusive position at the head of the pier towards the lake, this situation gives an enviable privacy. Breakfast will be served from 9 30 at the Approdo restaurant.

A comfortable sofa is adorned with decorative cushions featuring animal motifs. Light-colored walls and wooden flooring enhance the inviting space. To the side, a work area is set up with an office chair and storage, complemented by framed artwork on the wall.

House of 3 apartments, one per floor, ours on the 3rd floor at the top near the roof parking lot, a staircase to go down to enter. access to the river, a beautiful well on the Maggia. Sunny with a view towards Ascona, sunset towards the Centovalli. Living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, terrace and views from all rooms except the study room.
