A beautiful set of fully set up houses. The location is stunning and the houses are charming. The outdoor area is also very well set up and a beautiful green oasis on hot days. Near Claro are many restaurants and shops. The amazing Swiss mountains are all around (as are the canyons if you are there for them).

A light-filled living space features large windows offering views of lush greenery. A beige sofa is positioned near a wooden coffee table, while a stone accent wall adds texture. A bar area with two high stools completes the setup, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

I've always wanted to stay in one of those houses right next to the Maggia river in Ticino. It's a beautiflu location, right next to the river. I hope to be able to book it in the summer time as well some time, because the grill place right next to river looks really cool to use. Dino was very helpful and answered my questions within minutes. I can highly recommend the place as well as the host.

Oasis of well-being with a fantastic view / very quiet location

Exceptionally well-equipped and environmentally friendly holiday home. The spa/gym is worthy of a small boutique hotel. Everything was immaculately clean and of the highest quality. We were there in 35/36 degree August heat, but the house stayed cool. We also appreciated the cool underground parking and being able to charge our EV. The little complex of holiday houses was very quiet. We stayed for 3 nights, regularly swam in the pool but only encountered others there on one occasion. The views are lovely - especially appreciated from the upstairs balcony. It’s a 10 min drive down to the lake - there’s a handy Migros supermarket at the bottom of the hill on the Tenero side. The village is a 10-15 min walk away, albeit along a bendy road without a pavement, and it has some bars, a bakery., and some nice old stone houses. You also pass a pool at the base of a waterfall en route for a quick swim! We didn’t meet Markus but he was very proactive in communicating with us.

Wonderful house and location. Best to enjoy without kids, due to very steep stairs in the house. Everything just as in the description. Super equipped kitchen and wonderful views.

We immediately felt comfortable and discovered a new way to visit the beautiful Scuol with this apartment. Only attention: The staircase leads to stress for children (e.g. 2 years). Otherwise everything is Picobello.

We spent some wonderful days at Hansruedi's place. The townhouse is very nice and cozy, clean and quiet. There's nothing missing. The bus station is very nearby, also bakery and small supermarket. Val Müsterair offers wonderful tour options. We're thrilled, it was fantastic (despite changeable weather)! The host, Hansruedi, is very friendly, the communication worked out just fine. We received guest cards and were able to travel free of charge by public transport in the valley. Conclusion: We can only recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

This was a lovely stay, Therese is a great host and very helpful. Perfect location for hiking in the area, and the GlarnerlandPass that visitors can get with the stay makes it a great deal!

Everything is great! Many thanks. Value for money was very good. Service and communication were also very good. Location OK but not optimal, but there is a shuttle to the valley station. All in all, however, above average and highly recommended. Parking available. Would book again.

The house is beautiful and clean and the communication is excellent The house's location and view are beautiful because it is located directly above a river, less positive, but the fact that to access the house you have to walk on a street without a sidewalk, which is quite dangerous However, my rating remains positive

Quick Communication and easy check in/out. Space is very clean and tidy with simple kitchen electric hob. 20min walk into Davos but plenty of parking and easy to get around by car or bus. Very Pleasant weekend break

Beautiful holiday home, perfectly equipped and with garden area. Both culture and nature can be reached quickly, absolutely recommended with a dog, from Claro direct hikes possible. Nearby (Preonzo) small lake, where the dog can be taken and you can swim. Shopping unproblematic, several large supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Bellinzona about 25 minutes, Locarno, Ascona, Verzasca Valley about 40 min. Contact with the host was very nice. The property is highly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful days.
