Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Grisons

The apartment is in downtown Pontresina. It is very comfortable and has a beautiful view. Some kitchen utensils were missing, but nothing serious. Considering the nightly price, they might consider reducing the nightly parking fee. Overall, we had a very nice weekend at Richard's apartment.

Beautiful apartment. With everything you need In the village few restaurants. All with almost the same menus. Ok. Nice for hiking.

We booked apartment no. 7 on the second floor at Münsterhof. The apartment offered us enough space with 55cm2. It's all newly renovated. Mr. Meyer and the two sons Linus and Kevin are extremely friendly and helpful hosts! We felt very comfortable right away! The following lines are meant as a well-intentioned response from two guests and as information for the following guests: The rooms in apartment no. 7 are kept simple, the most necessary things you need for furniture is available. The two seats bed sofa and sofa in the living room do not invite you to linger for our taste (not very comfortable). The bathroom, which is very large and super nice, could endure a little more storage space. Every morning we prepared our breakfast ourselves and also cooked our meals ourselves every evening. Regarding equipment in the kitchen, we came to our borders a little, but became inventive as a result;-) The equipment of the kitchen utensils are kept rather scarce. This was missing and what we consider basic in a kitchen, e.g. set up knife, salad cutlery, swinging broom, bowl, etc. Frying pan, it just had one. But when we asked for a second frying pan, it was no problem and a second one was worried, very accommodating! You quickly realized that the apartment is located in a hotel and the equipment is canceled accordingly. There are no apartments equipped by a private person. For example, all the cleaning supplies, no vacuum cleaner, broom, or anything to keep the apartment a little clean was also missing. We asked for a vacuum cleaner and then got it right away, so Tiptop again here! We would definitely book the apartment again knowing that a few utensils will be brought for the kitchen;-)

The small apartment is very well appointed. What we enjoyed the most was the common area (the pool and the large garden). The little ones had a lot of fun! A bus stop is almost in the immediate vicinity of the place. The restaurant offers good service and the waiter Diana is very friendly. Highly recommended for excursions with children! Don't forget the mosquito repellent 😉

Ideally located, spacious and convenient studio. A bit old though. I found pubic hair in the bathroom though. The heater in the bathroom was rusty and left stains on the towels.

Very modern and well-equipped apartment with many successful details, but always functionally successful and without frills. Shopping facilities such as Coop and bakery in a short walk. We spent a great week with a dog (for the dog walk, the forest is also right next door). The support provided by Richard and his team is also very commendable.

A bit difficult to find as we were looking for the big building shown with the property details but it’s not this property. Find the cafe called Zschaler, the entrance is in the street behind this cafe, it looks like a shop window, we spotted the Solution Grischun sign then the buzzer. After that all was great, the apartment was very spacious and clean, in the heart of the Old Town. The windows opened up to views down a cobbled street full of boutiques and cafes, it was just wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic place. Will go back every time we're in Arosa! We've been coming to Arosa for years and have not encountered a more amazing place. Location is fantastic, so close to all you may need. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and felt even bigger than we expected based on those. Friendly hosts who are very responsive and happy to help. Great amenities, we never felt like we were missing something, even with kitchen items which is hard with a larger group. We travelled with a couple, a single and a family of 4 with a 3.5 year old kid and an 8 month old baby and did not want for anything. There was a high chair and pack/play already made for our arrival and with an elevator its easy to navigate the building. 10/10 would absolutely recommend, they have several "sizes" apartments depending on how many people you travel with and we will definitely book with them again whichever size group we are.

There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) in the apartment during the autumn time. The room layout with two separate bedrooms incl. Showers and toilet were really great. The kitchen and living room also invited you to linger – and the large daily highlight was the visit of a squirrel on the balcony. We felt very comfortable here and Carmen welcomed us warmly and was always available for great tips. The location is super central and everything can be done on foot. We also received an Arosa Card, with which we could use the cable cars for free... and much more. RECOMMENDATION: Visit to the squirrel forest, the bear country and restaurant tip for Grisons specialties: Chalet Campino. We will be back.

The city of Chur is absolutely beautiful! We had an amazing time riding the Bernina Express through the stunning Swiss Alps—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. This apartment was the perfect place to stay: clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the train station, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you’re exploring the region!

Very nice, well-appointed and modern apartment. Everything as advertised in the listing and pictures. Kathie was super helpful, including returning a lost item after check-out. The location is a little bit out of the way - but still very walkable to the center of the village / ski station. We would stay here again.

Since I grew up in Arosa, my sister still lives in Arosa and my in-laws know and love Arosa, my mother-in-law's 60th birthday wish: "TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES." We stayed in Belmont in Arosa for 1 week. 6 adults and 2 children (3 months, 1.5 years) Super nice and likeable communication, great hosts. Jenny and Carmen were always very accommodating. (Flo is still enjoying the holidays in the sun :)) We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very centrally located. Very well equipped, clean and very spacious. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The highlight in the apartment is the Arvenstübli and the super beautiful view of the Untersee. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We will be happy to come back!!
