During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The simplicity of the architecture invites to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window in the woods and mountain worlds conjures up relaxation. Trin is idyllic and quiet and yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/bike and climbing area on mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Bright and friendly studio for 2-3 people

The studio with balcony is perfect for 2 - 3 people and offers enough space for a nice vacation week with a large bedroom and living room. The studio is also characterized by its central location in Laax village with shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop to the mountain railway (Laax Murschetg) is right in front of the house. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the valley station with the free ski bus. It couldn't be easier!
