New, modern guest apartment in the attached part of the house. The studio apartment has three rooms connected by 4 and 7 steps. The middle room with living room/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers a great panoramic view of the castle and Mount Gonzen. The guest apartment is ideal for 2–5 people. Large double bed downstairs, bunk bed and single bed in the upstairs room. Use of hot tub, sauna and washing machine on request.

A cozy tiny house on 36 m² in the mountains. The well thought-out layout offers a lot of comfort in a small space. Far from ordinary. The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. The outdoor area is equipped with a cozy seating area and outdoor oven. In the middle of a spacious meadow landscape surrounded by forest with views of the mountains. Unwind and relax.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The apartment is very well maintained and tastefully furnished. There is an open kitchen, living area and 2 spacious bedrooms.
