Completely secluded at the edge of the forest and with great views over the Lower Saxony fields, time stands still. Families and peace-loving people can spend unique hours here. After a complete renovation of the house, it offers cozy luxury in a special atmosphere. The city of Hanover and many activities in the surrounding area can be reached in a short time. Our house - from the year 2022 - impresses with a beautiful view, large garden and pool with cover. We would recommend the house to a family with up to 4 children. Due to its proximity to the Hannover/Laatzen Exhibition Grounds (about 10 minutes by car), it can of course also be used for event or trade fair visitors. *Current* In short, there are more sleeping places / houses available in the house and around the house. For larger events of about 20 or more guests, simply submit a request.

Vacation home "Heuboden" Relax in the Deister-Süntel Valley

In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. Parking space for bicycles available NEW: There is a 2nd barrier-free vacation home "barn"

The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. This listed house from 1910 was completely modernised in 2010. The apartment features sloping ceilings. The rotating fireplace allows you to either sit comfortably on the sofa and watch the crackling fire or relax in the comfortable bed and enjoy the flames. You are located in a quiet side street off Hildesheimer Straße, just two minutes from the Bothmerstraße tram stop, served by lines 1, 2, and 8.

Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
