Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a wide range of leisure, hiking, golf, beaches, mountains, and typical street markets in the area.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

A 5-minute drive to the historic center, 15 minutes to the Puerto beach and 5 minutes to town. You will find traditional shops and restaurants. 5 beds, 1 Queen-sized bed, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace.

Auch dadurch, dass jedes Apartment eine private Terrasse, sowie einen privaten Ein- und Ausgang hat und sich maximal 10 Gäste zur selben Zeit auf dem Grundstück befinden.

Villa located on the edge of the Montgó de Dénia nature park. You can enjoy its heated swimming pool, summer kitchen and garden in a very quiet environment away from prying eyes. Its interiors consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living-dining room are distributed over an area of 120 m². One of the bedrooms has independent access. Two differently oriented terraces will allow you to choose your preferred places for your meals.
