Como verás es una zona que te brinda playa a 4km en coche, desde el sofá q hay en la terraza y sentado dentro de la piscina podrás contemplar las maravillosas vistas a la montaña del parque natural del Montgó situado en Denia a 7km. Por lo que no deberías dejar pasar la oportunidad de venir y visitarnos.

The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
