Das Apartment war in einwandfreiem Zustand: sehr sauber, gepflegt und ohne jeglichen Schmutz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, alles Notwendige war vorhanden von Küchenutensilien bis hin zu frischer Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr nah zur Promenade – ideal für Spaziergänge oder Restaurantbesuche. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Marina en Antimo zijn heel erg vriendelijke mensen. Daarnaast hebben wij nog nooit zo’n schoon appartement mogen betrekken. Werkelijk geen vuiltje te bekennen. De bedden slapen fantastisch. De patio is fijn om te vertoeven. En voor de hond was het ook een fijne plek. Daarnaast denkt men hier aan de kleine dingen die de aankomst fijn maken. Wc papier, zeep, schoonmaak dingetjes, ijsblokjes, werkelijk overal is over nagedacht. Antonio kwam ook nog even z’n gebottelde wijn laten proeven (die overigens fantastisch was). Kortom, wij hebben het hier fantastisch gehad over een periode van 5 dagen en komen graag nog een keer terug.

Ottimo alloggio, spazioso, molto pulito e in zona tranquilla, comodissimo al centro e alla spiaggia raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Altro punto di forza è il parcheggio gratuito all’interno del condominio, perché se no sarebbe stato davvero difficile e trovarne uno in questa stagione

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Elena's place to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi. Grazie mille, Elena!

La casa è molto carina e con un comodo parcheggio per la macchina. È pulita e ben tenuta, munita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. L'host, Maria Grazia, è molto gentile e disponibile. Una vera oasi di pace, con una vista bellissima sul verde e in questa stagione si sente il cinguettio degli uccellini. Molto consigliato!

Tolle helle und geräumige Wohnung mit moderner Ausstattung in der wir uns trotz schlechten Wetters sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Beim Besuch in der Töpferei wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und herumgeführt. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft.

Maison sympa, propre et accueillante. Terrasse agréable. entrée difficile si le véhicule est imposant.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien agencée, propre et arborée. L'endroit est parfait et notre intimité a été respecté.

Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder konnten draußen spielen und nach den Tieren sehen. Piera und Lorenzo waren sehr nett und bei Fragen sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Katzen waren sehr zutraulich, was besonders die Große gefreut hat.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Come si dice " vale il prezzo del biglietto" la casa è veramente splendida,il soggiorno pieno di libri sistemati sulla libreria,il letto comodissimo,la cucina corredata di tutto,il tutto super pulito,il bagno impeccabile ma l punto forte è il barbecue in giardino con vista golfo di spezia....uno spettacolo di luci dopo il tramonto....casa e host consigliatissimi. Io e Paola siamo stati benissimo davvero. Grazie a Nico e alla sua famiglia.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, parfaite pour notre petite famille (maison bien équipée) endroit paisible avec beaucoup de charme

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

Ein schönes, ruhiges und schön eingerichtetes Quartier, von dessen Terrasse aus man einen herrlichen Blick über Chiavari und das Meer hat. Alessandro ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Leivi ist ein schöner Ort, von dem aus man in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Chiavari ist. Mit dem Zug kann man von dort aus die Cinque Terre und viele weitere schöne Ziele in Ligurien wunderbar erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man die Reise zum Quartier nicht scheut. Der Blick aufs Meer entschädigt tausendfach! ☺️

Havre de paix et de bienveillance au coeur des montagnes de Ligurie. Un très bel endroit parfaitement équipe et situe pour partir al découverte des randonnées et de la nature dans la région au-dessus de Chiavari. Posée et efficace Michela a su nous accueillir avec bienveillance et gentillesse pour un séjour qui n' a été que trop bref ? un endroit rare à recommander sincèrement

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour en famille. L'appartement est tres bien équipé, tout est conforme aux photos. La terrasse privative et la piscine ont été tres appréciées. La vue est époustouflante sur les montagnes. Bon accueil de la part de Damiano et sa mère. C'est l idéal pour un sejour dans la montagne toscane.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Sono stata da Luciana qualche settimana fa con il mio cane… appartamento confortevole fornito di tutti i confort, compresi accappatoi e ciabattine per casa… ottimo anche lo spazio all’eterno per pranzare o semplicemente accomodarsi per due chiacchiere! lei è stata davvero disponibile e gentile… poi grazie anche per i confort di prima necessità e per le indicazioni sui posti limitrofi da visitare… è stata un’ottima “fuga” dalla città e dalla frenesia, da ripetere sicuramente

Super séjour on a profité du soleil de la terrasse et surtout du paysage on vous recommande à 100%

Rigtig fin lejlighed- dejlig stor terrasse og meget tæt på togstationen, så man nemt kan komme omkring i området, hvis man ønsker at se eller vandre i Cinque Terre. Også tæt på byen og spisesteder - Levanto er en skøn by.

It was a lovely place! The house was clean and tidy. Having a private patking area was a game changer. It has a balcony with a spectacular view. The house is located in the center of the town. You can reach beaches by 5 minutes walking. There are delicious restaurants nearby. We had a boat trip to Cinque Terre and the port is also close walking distance to the house. Overall that was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place to everyone!
